“Fresh off a doubleheader sweep at the nearby sports complex, our baseball team was riding high—but after two games, we were also starving. Enter Turano’s Pizza & Grill, who came through in the clutch like a grand slam in extra innings!

We called in our order between games—30+ pizzas—for pick-up as soon as the last out was made. When we arrived just after 9 PM, every pie was hot, fresh, and ready to go. That’s Hall of Fame-level service!

The food was amazing, but the atmosphere? Next level. Between the friendly staff, the generous hospitality, and the live music drifting through the air, it felt like we had stepped right into the heart of Italy. We honestly wish we could’ve stayed and soaked it all in—but the bus was calling, and so were the leftovers.

Turano’s didn’t just feed a team—they blessed us. It was a beautiful reminder of what it looks like to serve others with joy (Galatians 5:13). From start to finish, they hit it out of the park.

We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town—win or lose (but hopefully win).“

“Food was good, ordered 2 large pizzas and 20 wings combo. Wings are the wing ding style (I don't mind them) and the pizza was good. The price was lower than most places, delivery was fast and the driver was very friendly. Will try new items next time.“

“The minute you walk in you know this pizzareia is different than others. Chris, the owners offers a warm funny welcome and you immediately feel like you are standing in your best friends kitchen. He told me he makes the “best pizza” and I took the challenge! I wasn’t even there to eat but meet someone in the parking lot. He offered for me to come in afterward and try a free slice. Instead I ordered two pies to take back to Delaware. While they were in the oven Chris was explaining all kind of things about the art of making pizza. Not to put it piping hot in the box or to leave the full pizza boxes on the top of the oven- tricks only someone who really knew their craft would care about. It was such a fun afternoon, and to think I only stopped in to grab a drink and get change. Oh, the pizza… the best! The crust is to die for- crispy and crunchy not doughy like a garlic knot. The sauce tasted authentic, not sweet like you find at our hometown Grottos. Delicious pizza- rivals NYC slices. A definite pizzeria for the connoisseurs out there and even those that just want damn good pizza! 🍕“

“Very nice little place, cozy atmosphere, but most importantly, great and friendly service and some unique and delicious pizza! Ingredients are super fresh and you can tell they have this down to a science because the flavors come together so well and the pizzas cook quick. Also, pizza pies may look small, but they are just right for 1-2 people each, perfectly cooked, not too thin or thick. It is BYOB. My only qualm is that it is a little tight and busy at times it seems (people waiting to sit for their reservation, which can make you feel a little rushed), but it does give it a nice family feel. Small business, really friendly staff, and fantastic pizza, a mist try.“

“I used America's Pie as the cater for my in laws 50th wedding anniversary. This place deserves 10 ⭐️. Mechele was great to work with! George the owner packaged our order and packed it so neat and loaded my car. My only regret is not taking pictures of the presentation. Food was delicious; presentation was straight out of a magazine presentation. The price so was reasonable- I almost feel like I robbed them for how good the food was and the price I paid. Easiest process from ordering to pick up. The guest at our party raved about the food. The desserts were so scrumptious everyone went for seconds! “Finally stopped in after hearing good things about the pizza. It is a good pizza. Tight, thin crust with a good crisp. Flavor is on point. I would rate this pie a 7.7. I consider that to be a reputable score, as most DelCo pizza is in the 6's. I also got a cheesesteak. Also very good! Flavor of this steak is superb. Balanced amount of meat, cheese, onion. It's not huge, but this steak, an order of fries, and a drink, you will leave full. The staff are friendly, and everything looks clean. I mean, it is a shed basically. But a very clean shed. Lol. Prices are also very, very reasonable. Definitely worth a try!“

“Our family had a great night out at Nick’s Pizza this past week. We started with the Ceasar salad which was crispy and delicious, the croutons were phenomenal. Next the buffalo wings, which were a big hit at our table. Finally the pepperoni and hot honey pizza. Amazing flavors. We added on the cheesesteak for good measure, so glad we did. “Ordered for the first time this past Friday to try their new menu. My 14 y/o had the lil’ Rita and said it was “so good it’ll make a grown man cry.” My 9 y/o had the mini plain pizza. She’s not usually a fan of pizza but ate 2 slices, so I guess that means she liked it. My husband and I did olive and pepperoni. I love that they use kalamatta olives instead of black olives! The cheesy bread with the garlic butter was also delicious! We’ll definitely add them into our pizza rotation.“

“We just got two large pizzas for our first visit (both were Detroit style - the Motown and the Greektown). For only two people eating, we have almost a whole large pizza of leftovers and let me tell you, I cannot wait to eat them tomorrow. The Motown is the best pepperoni pizza that we have ever had and we are major pizza fans in this family, so that says something! For my Greek fans, I highly recommend that Greektown pizza, so flavorful and don’t even get me started on the crust! 😁“

UPDATE: so our second time with Fresco Pizzeria was not as good. We ordered a cheese steak that had good flavor and plentiful meat, but the cheese was barely there and they didn't add the mayo I requested. Worse, the pizza was room temperature.
