“We had a great experience here! Excellent customer service, they were busy and right in the beginning they told us it might be a bit slower of service which was great communication and it really wasn’t slow in my mind. The owner was friendly and greeted everyone like family. Actually everyone felt like family in there- the atmosphere was amazing. Families, couples, older people, kids, everyone was there and it was nice! We had delicious food- chicken parm, a chicken lasagna with vodka sauce that was delicious and a delicious bowl of butternut squash soup! Bread was good too! We came here because we had a coupon but now we will be back more often! Thanks for providing excellent service and great food 👏🫶🏻“

“Came here on vacation and it was delicious!!! My husband got the chicken parm with spaghetti and I got the Penne Ala Vodka. It had huge portions. The vodka sauce was not from a jar! We had a great dinner!“

“I ordered for pick up, the mixed cheese sub, with a light amount of cheese, and my order taker, a very nice sweet lady, said she’d go to the kitchen and make sure they put on only the three pieces of cheese I requested! I’ve ordered many times, and she’s always been so friendly and kind.“

“This place has become mine and my families go to Italian spot lately. Pretty much order from here once a week and have not been disappointed. Everything we get is always delicious and top notch.
My favorite dish is the Ravioli Alla Maria . Tonight I got just your standard chicken and broccoli Alfredo. I had mushrooms added. Also got the hot and garlic wings.
Everything is amazing as always. Have ordered here enough times now to leave a review.
Best Alfredo sauce in the area IMO as well.
Recommend this place and definitely recommend the ravioli alla maria if you haven't got it yet, it's a must.“

“Food is amazing. I seriously could eat there everyday! One of my favorites is the Cheese Tortellini in Alfredo Sauce with chicken. The Alfredo Sauce is fresh made and the best I have ever had. Staff is always super nice and attentive even when they are busy which is always.“

“I was in town for an event / work and needed to grab a quick bite. walked into sal's ! the guy behind the counter took my order. “I am originally from Philly and finding a cheesesteak in Lancaster County has been impossible! I have come to the realization that adding pizza sauce to a cheesesteak is the norm. Adding pizza sauce makes it a Pizza cheesesteak and I am often looked at as crazy when I ask for Ketchup instead of Pizza sauce. I have to say that this Pizza place has hands down the best damn cheesesteaks in Lancaster County. The rolls are not homemade from Pizza dough and are actually soft and delicious. My only complaint would be they are a little light on the meat but that's not going to stop me from visiting again. The older lady at the counter was personable. She greeted everyone with a smile as they walked in the door and her service was spot on! If she was having a rough evening, it didn't show. If you are looking for a REAL cheesesteak, this is the place. Just tell them to hold off on the Pizza sauce!“

“I get the grandma pizzas every week and holy SMOKES…very good quality ingredients, masterfully proportioned cheese and toppings like REAL ITALIANS do…not sloppy with way too much stuff…just exactly right so the crust has some crisp but nothing is dry. The bruschetta has fresh, real, raw garlic in it (which is always a good sign of real Italian food flair!). This is my new place, and they’re gonna have to try real hard to get ridda me!“

“I just encountered the rudest woman (employee) working here. She treated me like a criminal from the moment I walked up to return an incorrect sandwich. No customer service skills. She reminded me of the soup N*** from Seinfeld only 50 times worse. I will never go back. Ever. She was that rude.“

“My girlfriend got the eggplant Parmesan stack and I got some pasta I forget which one it’s been a while but I remember I really liked it. 9/10 it was such a nice day the outdooor seating is perfect for watching the sunset while dining on some amazing Italian cuisine.“

“Danielle was our courteous server and made sure our visit went well. The facility is clean and has both indoor and outdoor seating. We had the Italian sausage and flounder entrees and both were plentiful portions and came with hefty sides. The sausage was spicy and the Caesar salad was a meal of its own. Only one bathroom exists for both genders so you may have a wait. Figure $30 per person.“

“I ordered from here super late at night. I had a long shift at work and wanted some pizza. Everything was hot and fresh. Tasted amazing, more than I expected for a late night order. The onion rings were a 10/10. My pizza was a 9.5/10. The food delivered so quickly. I will 110% be ordering from here again. Thank you for the great late night food!!!“

“Walking in we were greeted by Kenny the owner. We sat at bar and enjoyed our service there with a very knowledgeable and friendly barmaid. The food was excellent and it was a very pleasant experience.

“Had the best time last night with a party of 8. All appetizers and dinners were delicious. I cannot stop thinking about the homemade tomato Gorgonzola vinaigrette. I almost licked my plate. You cannot beat this homemade food. We will be eating here regularly and will tell all of our friends!“

“I was so happy when Mama’s opened up in Ephrata because they had one in Berks where I used to live. We just got the Chicken Fajitas Pizza, fries and Mozzarella Sticks and they were all beyond delicious. “No matter what we get here, we have never been disappointed. Clean inside. Only 4 stars because some of the young girls could improve on their customer service skills. Smiles make a difference, and actually looking at the customer helps a whole lot. We order once a week from Kenhorst store. Prices are good for the quantity & quality of food!!
