She was a woman who loved a fantastic filet and perfect scallops, so we went for the scallops that day. Needless to say even now, long after her passing, Remlik's is still one of my favourite places to go not only for the treasured memories, the beautiful building, but also the fantastic quality of food these many years! Another fantastic recommendation is their Oysters Rockefeller- a classic you don't see on many menus these days! A true treat!!“

“My Honey and I gave Js a try and were very impressed, the food was spectacular and in huge portions, a small order of fries filled an 9 inch basket, plenty for at least 3 people...and for $3.50! try getting that at a fast food place! It happened to be wing night so a full dozen was only $10.50! we had 1 6 inch pepper sub, chicken tenders (7) and two dozen wings for $39.50! We'll definitely be back!“

The woman who answered the phone was super friendly and able to squeeze us in for a reservation. She ended up being our server when we arrived. The menu is small, but mighty! Burgers and sandwiches dominate the menu, but both were delicious. I got the mushroom and Swiss burger (pictured after I dug it) and my husband got the fried chicken sandwich (not pictured). My daughter got the rose hips and mascarpone crepe. Everything was delicious. Perfectly cooked. There was a wide variety of people, including families with children. The bartender brought our drinks out and he was friendly, fun and a little bit quirky (in the best way). It's not a huge space so it was a little on the louder side, nothing out of the ordinary for a more trendy feeling restaurant. If we ever have a reason to come back through the area, this is definitely on our list to repeat!“

Louisiana grill… Very mild Cajun spice. Fresh grilled peppers & onions. Unacceptable amount of tendon/cartilage grizzle, need to do better on the prep. Reasonable sandwich but nothing that’ll make you order it again.
Fries, crispy, skin on… unfortunately zero salt.

Coleslaw, nice chopped texture, not soupy. However pretty bland. Needed salt, pepper, and a lemon wedge for some acidity. Meh.

Chicken tenders- tender, juicy. Seasoned well. Very fine bread crumb coating, great texture. House honey mustard pairs well. Not too sweet or gloopy thick.“

Attentive staff who were very accommodating for my physical disability during a Friday night rush (sitting on high seats would be difficult for me and they were happy to place me at a booth even though I was dining alone).
