“This place is Always busy!!
I have tried water ice, hand dipped ice cream, soft serve ice cream, pretzels, hot sausage.
The ice cream and water ice are served cold, its not melting all over the place when you get it, the pretzels were warm and soft , the hot sausages were very good!
Sometimes there is a line at the windows, it moves quickly!
You get a good sized portion for the price
They have sizes from small all the way up to quart
( water ice )

“Great flavors, homemade waffle cones. NW Philly was pretty much an ice cream wasteland except for Zsa’s which has very limited hours and flavors are not as good in my opinion. Then along comes Tubby Robot. What a wonderful business to support! Highly recommend. Wish all ice cream lovers knew about it. I’m surprised not to see lines because it’s sooo good.“

“The cookies were really good. They also were not too expensive and we did not wait long. They were really nice. They made sure we were happy with how everything was packaged and presented. The chocolate chip cookie was amazing and I really enjoyed the chocolate chunk. The birthday cake and caramel cheesecake were also impressive.“

“Visited this establishment for the first time and I LOVE IT. My granddaughter daughter talked about Mochi donuts ? and booba teas.. we got so much, from donuts, smooties to hot cheeto corn dogs.. everything was delicious. Not to mention, my daughter left her purse there early in the day (yes we we twice in 1 day ??♀️) and we didn't know it. Customer service was excellent. Atmosphere is very welcoming. Also love the art work on the wall.“

“Our Flourtown Rita's is the best & our favorite place to go for a refreshing water ice, custard, blendini, gelato and soft pretzel.
Owner~Jason is really tied to the community. Jason really stepped up.We recently went to him with a special request for 20+ giftcards to celebrate our son's birthday and he honored this request, got these cards done for us and this was a seamless transaction. Dre's has the BEST water ice and ice cream in Philly... and if your looking for gourmet ice cream try the sweet potato pie or banana pudding flavor they are to die for I noticed it at the retail location but it can also be found at all Browns Family Shop-rite stores.“

“Water ice is good and not full of ice chips. The pretzels were hot and the service was quick and cost very affordable. Had an order of 3 min water ice , 2 cheese pretzels and 1 plain pretzels for $12 +/-. It was clean and there was parking.
Parking: It's a small lot that fits about 8 cars. But every time I go the lot empties out fast and I always get a spot right in front .
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes the store is a pavement level store with doors open and lower order windows, that one in a wheel chair can reach.“

“got a 6-pack, first time trying (had a gift card). i'd say it's worth the money if you're getting one cookie as a snack, or you're getting a pack for a sizeable group of people to share. both my wife and i tapped out after eating 1 cookie (chocolate chip - delicious), when at insomnia we'd usually eat 2-3 each for a dessert. if you don't like thicker cookies, these are not for you - though it has a cookie texture, they're almost like mini cakes. but again, if you're looking for a more filling cookie, i'd pay the extra $1 to get it over insomnia's.“

“A lot of places don't live up to the hype. That is not the case with Surreal. From the second we walked in, we were greeted, and asked if it was our first visit. The employee that helped us was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. We were offered samples and suggestions. Our customer experience alone was worth the trip. The Thai milk tea was the best I have ever had. I was offered a sample of the taro ice cream (not something I would have ordered on my own) and WOW. It might have been the best ice cream I have had. Needless to say I ordered one. Check it out, my entire family enjoyed their orders too. Absolutely worth the trip.“
