“Doordash botched an order and the new owner took full responsibility and made it right for us without needing any contact from us or the app. Which lbr usually you only find out your order is wrong AFTER you've received it and have to deal with CS. Correcting the platforms mistake and taking the time to get our entire order to us alone deserves thousands of stars, but I'll have to settle with a measly five. We already have visited quite a few times, but are all the more happy to keep doing so knowing there's awesome folks like this working there.“

“After several years, still a 4. I started with a drink at the bar and then moved on to a table. It was around 5 on a Saturday and the place was dead except for a wedding party killing a half hour at the bar. Too early, I guess. The bar service was fine. The table service was too, though he perhaps came off as a little less than genuine. In any case, I didn't really want for anything. My burger and fries were very good and I enjoyed the wine. The burrata app was weird (they minced up the burrata?), but it tasted good. Perhaps they didn't want to serve the whole ball? My main gripe was that menu presented was different from the one found on their website. This was due to a recent seasonable update, but come on folks-it's just a quick upload. I was originally disappointed that the burger that I'd come there for was not on the new menu. When we asked, though, he explained (in a sort of annoyed, ugh-I-have-to-explain-the-burger-thing-again tone) that the burger was just too popular. While they still serve it, it's not on the menu "to give customers a chance to notice the rest of the [more expensive] menu offerings". Mind you, this is a $27 burger and fries we are talking about here - not a super-cheap dish that's bringing in the riff-raff. They apparently plan to rebrand the burger as a secret menu item or something. Maybe it's me, but if your burger is outshining the rest of the menu to the point where you actively try to sell less of it, perhaps the rest of the menu is actually the issue. I, for one, rarely order a burger and love more fine dining food, but nothing else on this menu really stood out to me.“

“My boyfriend took me here to celebrate our 2 year anniversary and I was so spoiled with this amazing experience. It was such a fancy and adorable place to celebrate! I loved the aura here -- the dim ambiance with lit candles made it so cozy, fancy, and intimate. Here's what we tried: Root to Berry: - A non-alcoholic seltzer flavored with strawberry, lime, & ginger - I didn't like the ginger flavor in it, it made it too spicy DreamLife: - Another non-alcoholic seltzer flavored with vanilla, lemon, orange, & orange blossom water - The orange & vanilla combo was yummy - I liked this one a lot more than the Root to Berry - Wasn't too sweet which I enjoyed Roasted Bone Marrow: - Interestingly topped with caper-raisin relish, celery, & marcona almonds, but surprisingly so good - Paired with sourdough - Toppings were soo yummy especially the raisins that added a sweet twist to it Filet Mignon: - I ordered this medium rare, and oh my god it was SOOO tender it literally melted in my mouth - The only reason I didn't enjoy this dish as much is because the filet mignon was topped with blue cheese which I don't like -- I should have gotten it without blue cheese - The roasted potatoes that it came with was the perfect softness & paired well with the cognac sauce, but it was a bit too bland Steak Frites: - Like the Filet Mignon, I ordered the NY strip medium rare and it was so tender, so juicy, so yummy & literally melted in my mouth - Loved the buttery, garlic sauce that topped this steak. It paired SO well together - Normally comes with rosemary fries, but my boyfriend loves truffle fries so we asked for a substitution & they were so generous to make that accommodation that for us! - The truffle flavor was so rich, but I thought the fries were just slightly overcooked. It was really crispy, and I wish it had been a little softer, but overall were still great To top off our meal, we ended with the lemon & blueberry creme brulee which was also so mind blowing yummy. The custard was so rich, and I loved the layer or caramelized sugar on top. I also really liked the unique lemon flavor that made it taste extra special. The service here was fantastic. They were so polite, accommodating, and well-mannered. They changed all our utensils after every course. I would highly recommend coming here to celebrate a special occasion!“

“Out of the many gastropubs that have been popping up, this has been my favorite! The menu is diverse in both food, beer, and cocktails. They have daily and monthly drink specials, the monthly beer special is a great way to try a certain brewery. The food is fantastic tasting and is a great value for the price. The atmosphere is fresh and fun. Great location with lots of parking.“

“This is our “go-to” place any time we don’t feel like cooking. The wings are always fire. We share them every time and usually get our “regular” things. Rarely do we stray from the menu- but tonight we tried the seasonal menu. Mark W was our server, and when I hesitated about ordering the Street Torta, he gave me his seal of approval. The sandwich was DELICIOUS and I would love to see it on your year-long menu. Also, not sure I would have tried without Mark recommending! So, very grateful for always speedy, reliable, tasty dinner. (the beer selection is obviously above average too!)“

“I stay at the Embassy Suites a lot but have only dined in twice. The first time they nailed my order, but today, they left half the toppings off my salad....which didn't leave much. I got a house salad with salmon, and they only put olives on it, no cheese, no tomato. Green olives and balsamic didn't really pair well together on their own. Would have been nice to have some other flavors balancing them out. A $24 salad should at least come with all the toppings it advertises. Also ordered a cup of soup. That was not great. The salmon on the salad was cooked well though, so I appreciate that!“

“This is my family's default restaurant for when we visit Tanger Outlets. Solid beer and bourbon selection, plus the menu offers enough options to satisfy the diverging tastes of my household of five. We've tried a number of items over the years and we have some favorites and some items that we avoid. The Brussels sprouts are a must try from the appetizer menu and they're even a hit with my wildly picky 8yr old. The bacon sampler is good but not earth shattering. The salmon salad and the assortment of burgers however are well executed and I highly recommend. I recently tried the meatloaf and it was just ok. It was better received later than evening as a late night snack than as my lunch. Too much bread as a filler IMO. But there are some really good flavor components that made it intriguing. Good fries here as well. I wouldn't make a special voyage to get here but if you're in the area, you owe it to yourself to stop in.“

“I have zero idea why my 8 year old became obsessed with eating here. He said the bacon mac and cheese was really good. I think he secretly wanted to come back for brunch for the fried chicken and waffles. What drew me here was the smack yo mama grilled cheese and just the variety of grilled cheese sandwiches on the menu. Service was good, food was alright. Lots of options and a good place to take kids to eat.“

“I visited the Galleria location after going to The Yard in Shadyside many times. The grilled cheeses, fries, and tomato soup were just as delicious as I remembered, but the service left something to be desired. Our server was a little frosty and I felt that we were rushed to finish our meal even though the place wasn't exactly packed. In the future I'll probably stick to the downtown or Shadyside locations.“

“My daughter, two friends, and I were on the North Shore for the Taylor Swift concert this past Friday. We walked into the first restaurant we saw not having high hopes just looking for somewhere to eat and not have to wait for hours. We chose the right place! The wait wasn't nearly as bad as we thought (only about 25 mins) and the service, food, and atmosphere were perfect. Everyone was so kind from host and hostess to the wait staff. And even though they were completely packed, the quality of the food didn't suffer. I was so impressed. 10/10 stars. will recommend.“
