My husband wanted to order an “authentic” tres leches cake, and I’m so glad we discovered Bakery Bethlehem, because the tres leches cake with dulce de leche filling was honestly the best cake we’ve ever had (not to mention, beautifully decorated and affordable)! “An unexpected gem!
First thing - I found this place because of a mention on Reddit. I called on Friday to see if they could make a Red Velvet cake for my birthday.. the next day. I did not expect the girl on the phone to say that they could have it ready for pickup by noon the next day, especially because a lot of places I called requested at least a few days. That was the best news.
Second - Their site showed that they sold Red Velvet Cheesecake Tortes versus regular Red Velvet cakes so I ordered that. I’m so glad I did because it tasted delicious. It was beyond what I expected. The red velvet was not dry, icing was on point, and the cheesecake was soo smooth. It was a perfect combination.
I’ll definitely be back.

It wasn’t clearly marked anywhere on the Google maps entry, so that was a bit of a letdown. While not a total loss, the options were limited—especially if you were hoping for something savory.

“I recently purchased cream filled donuts, cherry crumb, pie, and apple caramel walnut pie. Everything and I mean everything is delicious.! The cherry pie reminds me of my mom’s homemade. I thoroughly enjoyed the cream donuts. It’s my favorite donut from when I was a child. Many bakeries have closed over the years so it’s hard to find one that meets my expectations.
