“This was my first time here so I can't leave a review on food quality but I can honestly say that the young lady who helped me here was a blessing today. My fiance's Birthday is tomorrow and I was driving around and looking for a place to get a cake. Nobody would have had a cake ready by tomorrow and I wouldn't have been able to get a cake special made for my fiance as I wanted too. I wound up looking on Google and came across this place by chance and it was actually located not far from my home. It's a place that if you didn't know or look on Google, you probably would have driven right passed the Rd it's on and never paid attention to. I'm very thankful to have found it and I purchased the cake I wanted and was very happy with the experience. Both of the young ladies there were helpful and professional. The lady whom I ordered the cake with listened to what kinda decorations, design, cake kind and frosting I wanted. Gave me an absolutely perfect experience and put a smile on my face while I walked out. The inside of the store was clean, not to much on display and that's kinda a plus to me so thing's aren't stale or wasted. Probably one of the best little bakery's I came across in a while. I bought 4 cookies x2 chocolate chip and x2 peanut butter cookies and the cake. I'll leave another review after I pick up the cake with the quality of the tast. “I placed an online order around 1:00pm for 6:30pm pickup the same day. The website was easy to use, showing which cakes require 24 hour notice and which were available immediately. I selected the cake I wanted and checked out.
When I showed up at 6:30, I was informed that they didn't have the style of cake I ordered. I was allowed to chose any other cake, and the one I got was still delicious, but they didn't have the same flavor I wanted. Plus the design was very different and not as festive for the occasion.
I'm especially disappointed that nobody called me or emailed me in advance.“

“My partner and I stopped by Crumbl for our first time and had a great experience! We got the S'mores and Chocolate Chip cookies plus a Diet Coke. The cookies were warm, perfectly chewy, and high quality. The store was really clean, and the cashier was friendly and super informative.

“The ice tea was so fresh and delicious as well as the blueberry donut. Staff was helpful in helping my friend and I choose our drinks as well as cutting the donut in half to share. It was nice sitting outside and inside. Another great addition to the Prickett Preserve shops in Newtown. Can't wait to get back.“
