“I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant“

I literally cried when I saw the cake it was so beautiful ❤️ The staff are all amazing and so nice to work with. “I think Fritz’s is awesome. Except for today. I took desert to dinner at my brothers house. One Apple pie one lemon meringue pie. The pie crust was not cooked , or it was not made correctly, it was like cake. This will not turn me away from Fritz’s cause shot happens, but this should not happen.“

It wasn’t clearly marked anywhere on the Google maps entry, so that was a bit of a letdown. While not a total loss, the options were limited—especially if you were hoping for something savory.

That said, I gave the tres leches cake a try. At first bite, it was just okay, but as I kept going, it genuinely grew on me. By the last bite, I had to admit: I was a fan. Rich, creamy, and just the right level of sweet—definitely the highlight of the visit.“

“JB Bakery totally saved my son’s birthday yesterday. As we loaded the car up for his 4th birthday party we discovered the cupcake cake we had bought was covered in ants that got in from our house. My Father in Law ran out with a picture of the cake and JB Bakery decorated a new one for us on the spot. He was there and in back in 20 minutes with a new cupcake cake brought in time before the party started. All my son wanted for his birthday was “lots of cupcakes” he didn’t even want presents. I am so grateful that JB Bakery was willing to make him a new cupcake cake with freshly baked cupcakes. They were delicious and the cake turned out amazing. Thank you again!“
