“I placed an online order around 1:00pm for 6:30pm pickup the same day. The website was easy to use, showing which cakes require 24 hour notice and which were available immediately. I selected the cake I wanted and checked out.
When I showed up at 6:30, I was informed that they didn't have the style of cake I ordered. I was allowed to chose any other cake, and the one I got was still delicious, but they didn't have the same flavor I wanted. Plus the design was very different and not as festive for the occasion.
I'm especially disappointed that nobody called me or emailed me in advance.“

“My partner and I stopped by Crumbl for our first time and had a great experience! We got the S'mores and Chocolate Chip cookies plus a Diet Coke. The cookies were warm, perfectly chewy, and high quality. The store was really clean, and the cashier was friendly and super informative.

It’s a bit pricey ($15 total including a $2 tip), but convenient when you’re craving a cookie.“

“I stopped by GuatePan hoping for breakfast, but unfortunately learned (only after arriving) around 1045-11am that this particular location doesn’t serve it. It wasn’t clearly marked anywhere on the Google maps entry, so that was a bit of a letdown. While not a total loss, the options were limited—especially if you were hoping for something savory.

“Wow! Ordered a small cake for my mom’s 80th birthday and the cake was delicious! The chocolate cake was moist and flavorable without being bitter and the chocolate mousse in the middle was heaven! The whipped cream was a great consistency and had top notch flavor and the simple decorations were beautiful. I DONT like cake, spent 50 years ordering ice cream cake for everything, but this cake was amazing and completely changed my mind about cakes. Would def order again without an occasion!
