“Love it. The inside feels so fresh so clean, with a giant display case of some fine and divine looking pastries. Seems like they specialize in eclairs.

We ordered ourselves a creme brulee (caramelized on demand by the friendly staff) and an Opera for takeout. Tasty and perfectly sized without being too overbearing or sweet.

My Opera was beautiful. Speckled with gold dust, delicate layers of chocolate, mousse and nutty pastes. So much flavor in each soft spoonful. Exactly what I needed for a birthday treat for myself!“

They went extra mile showing me different cakes and sharing insights about the cakes as I needed to buy for a friend who had a particular ingredients requirements. They also wrote a beautiful Eid greeting with a moon and star on the cake which is not a common case for them. Loved their hospitality and would definitely come back.“

“I stopped by GuatePan hoping for breakfast, but unfortunately learned (only after arriving) around 1045-11am that this particular location doesn’t serve it. It wasn’t clearly marked anywhere on the Google maps entry, so that was a bit of a letdown. While not a total loss, the options were limited—especially if you were hoping for something savory.

That said, I gave the tres leches cake a try. At first bite, it was just okay, but as I kept going, it genuinely grew on me. By the last bite, I had to admit: I was a fan. Rich, creamy, and just the right level of sweet—definitely the highlight of the visit.“

“The Breads, Jellys , Butters or species of the Eastern Europe are easy to get at this store, Herrings, Species , BREAD, cookies and chocolates are so low in salt and sweet at the same time, they are just enough slated or sweeted . Its one in all area, I have not found a place like this one other than NY. We are lucky to have this store close to home.“

“I was given 2 vouchers for £1 off and got ripped off as the prices say it's £3.30 for a flat white coffee And £3.30 for a cuppachino but I got charged £5.60 when it should have been £4.60 for both with the prices displayed digitally in the restaurant which is against the trade description act as it states. If the price is advertised as what is charged different they have to charge you the lower price that's advertised not the price they say even if it's charged prices since this happened in the County mall Crawley restaurant“

“I was thankful to find Steve and the Stonebridge bagel shop for my daughter's wedding breakfast and lunch. Less than a week before the big day, on Labor Day weekend no less, I reached to Steve, and he was AMAZING! They were so easy to work with leading up to the wedding and made everything stress-free. The food was absolutely delicious—our guests couldn’t stop talking about it (and kept going back for more!). Everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully set up. Truly one of the best decisions we made for that weekend—highly recommend!“

“Friendly and love that the baked goods do not rely on excessive sweetness. Some of the creams are very good. Pastries have a very balanced taste. On a couple of occasions I do think the pastries could have been fresher. Freshness consistently would make it 5 stars and outstanding.“

“I love this place, however, yesterday I bought one of my favorite pastries at the store the Kouign Maman. The pastry was hard, I did not even realized how hard it was until I got to my destination. I got one for me and my sister and I was embarrassed on how hard they were. Not sure if they were overcooked or was old and they overheated to sell. Just be careful when you buy this pastry, make sure is fresh. So disappointed because it is my favorite :(“

“OUR ONLY PLACE FOR BREAKFAST. I personally don't know much about dining in because I always order delivery. The one time I did go in to pick up an order, it was packed so I'll stick to delivery lol. Since we found this place we haven't used anyone else for breakfast. I've tried other egg bagels with walnut raisin cream cheese in the past and they don't compare. My bf gets the breakfast sandwiches and also prefers them over anyone else's. This is now our GO TO restaurant. Seriously, the food is delicious!
Update- I have been going in to pick up my orders, I just go a little later than the rush. Maria who works the front is one of the nicest people I've ever met. She is on top of everything, very smart and outgoing. You couldn't find a better person to do the job!“
