“Omg this place is excellent!! The bourbon chicken was BEYONDDDD what I expected it to be. I couldn't stop eating it. I didn't want anything else. The service was very good too. Never have I had a delivery driver call to find my location before he entered the complex. He came to the exact location. It was so prompt and they were so courteous!! The food was soooo Good!!! I'd definitely recommend this place in the future as it will be the ONLY Chinese restaurant I order from!! WISH I COULD GIVE TENSS“

“Hello China wok, I am the guy who orders the, General Tso's ☯️ Chicken 🐔 with no rice regularly. I decided to try your location because, my wife and I wash clothes in that location. I am a student of Martial Arts for many years and a Trenton firefighter, so I have a lot of respect for the Chinese people and the food. I had to see how well the food and business were in that location. Honestly, the cleanest Chinese Restaurant in the Area that I know of, Bathroom, Service and food 😋. Well done. “We called for delivery and waited an hour and the driver still hadn’t showed. We called them and they said they were very busy and we would have to come pick it up. At first I was angry but then I got there and saw how busy they were. The lady was very nice and gave me 2 dollars back and a free 2 liter of Pepsi and was very apologetic. Food is great but sometimes you just need to be patient when they’re slammed. It’s a small restaurant.“

“I got the barbecue ribs and the flavor is great, I'm not a big fan of peas in my fried rice but their fried rice is okay. The soup looks really good, and they gave me the crispy wonton noodles. They also let me swap my egg roll for a spring roll which I prefer so that was really nice. The people that work in that shop are super nice and very helpful. I found out that they do actually deliver within a 5 mi radius. I think it'll be easier for me to order delivery next time parking was a bit of a pain.“

“I ordered General Tso's combination platter, Boneless Spare Ribs and Vegetable Lo Mein. The food was ready in less than 15 minutes. The lady on the phone was helpful when I ordered and clarified each item. I was there at 8:30 pm, the parking lot was pretty dark and most stores were closed on the strip mall where the store is located. There's a laundry mat and seafood restaurant on opposite sides on Mr China. Cars park along the sidewalk in the front of the stores to pick up their orders. Be careful pulling in and out. After I parked I witnessed a car pulling in as a mini van was pulling away from the curb, they b nearly collided.Parking lot hijinks aside, I recommend the food at this restaurant.“

“Ordered takeout for dinner. The General Tso’s tofu was amazing, the crab rangoon were generously stuffed and they, along with the egg rolls, were fried perfectly. No greasy mess. The only disappointing part is that we didn’t get fortune cookies! Almost deducted a star for that one, but everything is very reasonably priced so I let it slide ;)

“The food is clean and has flavor but most of the time it gets too you 10-20 minutes earlier than when they tell you and your veggies are not cooked all the way through. As you eat you are crunching away on all the veggies. You need to take the time and cook everything and not worry about the time it gets to the person that orders. All in all a nice/clean spot.“

“After our go-to place sold to new owners during covid, we had been struggling trying to find a Chinese spot that actually had good food....then we found Joyful Garden. We have ordered more items than we normally do just to try out different things amd everything has been excellent. But if you notice the dishes they prepare aren't Chinese food it's American food just cook their way and the texture is great. “Best location especially just outside of Six Flags. This location is super convenient and the quality of food is on par if not better than other locations like the mall. It’s a standalone restaurant and the value and options are great. It’s always fresh and plenty of room to enjoy your meal. The best part is they don’t increase the price or lower portion/quality like the Popeyes next door. We actually like going to this specific location.“

“My wife and I order from China Express at least once a week. My wife has conversations with the young lady who seems to always be there answering the phone and ringing you up at the register. She is very friendly and the food is great! I'm working late today and actually picking some up tonight. It is just my wife and I, as the kids are out of the house now, and we always order more food than we could eat, but it is so good the next day.

Parking: They do have tables and chairs to dine in but most people like us prefer to take-out as we live right down the road about 10 minutes from there. With people picking up their orders, there is always parking and never a wait for your order.“

In this area specifically, this is one of the best around. I don’t know if the same person is working the cash register, but a little boy always rung me up and he was perfectly kind. “This place was absolutely fantastic. Firstly, it's in a mall, which is always great. The mall is a fun place to be. The servers were friendly, charming, and attentative. The food was superb. I had the bourbon chicken with white rice, an egg roll, and the Cajun potatoes. I freaking loved it. It was not the most tender bourbon chicken that I've ever had, but it was still very yummy. Overall, it was some pretty stellar grub from this place. 8/10 would recommend.

Parking: The parking lot is the mall parking lot. Absolutely huge amount of parking. The walk to Choa Cajun from the main entrance is only about 5 minutes and 2 if you're running.“
