“Whatbwe order was good. They seved medium side platters. The dood took long to come at the table, not sure if it happens all the time but our visit did. The waitres was diatracted I had to wait to get her attention, it wasn't too busy to said she was attending other tables. It won't be a prime place to visit but I could go again from time to time. Like I said food was good.“

“We were there this past Saturday 1/27 for brunch/lunch. We had wanted to try it a few weeks ago for Dinner but were offput by the person answering the phone who was a bit rude and also unwilling to give us even an estimate of wait time. If you can give it to people at the door, you can give it over the phone (You can OVER estimate a few minutes via phone if you're worried, and/or just like you did when we came in THIS time, you can add the disclaimer that it may change based on walk-ins, etc). I understand it's popular and gets busy.Despite this, we decided to try it this time. Once again we got some less than warm treatment from the hostess who, as my wife said, threw the menus down at our table and walked off. I would DEFINITELY train the staff working phones, greeting and seating customers to have a warmer more welcoming attitude. So things were off to a rocky start, and my wife was regretting we came here, BUT, our waitress Tanisha QUICKLY turned it around with her welcoming, VERY informative, helpful and cheery service. She made the experience awesome and so we would definitely ask for her again. Exemplary waitress! The food was REALLY good, with generous portions for the pricing, even for the kids meals. Good value! I can see why the place is popular. The look of the space is fine, I only deduct a star from atmosphere because of our phone and seating experience, but othewise the food and service was great.Hope to be back again soon.“

“A small, but modest diner-esque experience complete with a friendly dog who greets guests at the door!Quality, but reasonably priced food.I had the gyro, it was hot, quickly made and good. (Gyro meat wasn’t the shaved type that comes from a spit)Otherwise coffee has free refills and was pretty good actually.I’ll definitely be back!“

“We live in the area, and we were looking for different diners for breakfast. We decided to choose this diner because the rating was good. We had breakfast omelettes. I had the cheese steak omelette, and my wife had the Spanish omelette. My omelette was delicious, and my wife was not too fond of her omelette as it was not the traditional Spanish omelette she had become accustomed to. We let our waitress, who was simply the best, know about my wife's displeasure. The waitress spoke with her manager, and he was very sorry for our experience and did not charge us. Instead, they allowed my wife to order something else on the house. I thought that was so nice. We are looking forward to going back because the menu and the service are outstanding!“

“This gets really busy especially on the weekends so make a reservation or get there b4 10am. We go here alot and a few time the servers totally ignored us. ?We got no water, no utensils a didn't order until 16min after being seated. Sometimes it just depends on your server. They do have a few teenagers working so we gave them grace but let them know. But Food is great.they“

“My wife and I stopped in for breakfast and had a really good time. The food was great, the hostess/waitress was fun and personable, and it's great to see her interaction with the regulars. The restaurant decor is a little dated, but it fits the feel and the food and I wouldn't change hardly a thing. This is the diner we've been missing since moving to New Jersey.“

The pan seared boneless pork chops were amazing, great flavor, I had tirimisu and it was just ok, they used a liquor that was very strong, it didn't have coffee flavor, it was just ok, but service was fantastic, my server was very attentive and honest, she told me that the tirimisu was just ok and she was right, but will come again! “I grew up in Chambersburg section here in Trenton nj, Been to most of the Legendary and Best restaurants and mom n pop little Delis in South Trenton, Tatoni's , Cesars , Angelo Tamara's, Porfirio s, Amicis, La Gandola, Creccos, Blue Danube, Pete's, Delo's, Papa's and now Im adding on Pat's Diner South Broad Street ? New owner has the Place so Friggin clean! Noticebly Different!! Same old Pat's dont get it mixed up. I couldn't see a spec of dust in the place, counters sparkling, glass shining, floors you can eat off of, super clean kitchen from where my girl and I were sitting. Most Important, the food was "Mind Blowingly Fresh, homemade to order, pot roast special completew/ soup to salad 2 vegetables and desert included and The BestCorn beef Reuben Ive ever eaten in My Life !!!! Seriously, UnFriggin Believable. I got up from my table to introduce myself to the female owner and she was super nice soft spoken n seemed very humble. The thing I took notice to was her attention in overseeing the running of the Diner. There seemed to be a general level of respect between the staff and owner which is rather rare to witness and feel when youre in a business today. We didn't feel rushed at all to get the table " Turned Over" and thoroughly appreciated that. Im taking the time to explain this experience to those of you that are blessed to have taken your time to read it because I think its so very very crucial to our existence to know that there are people and places Still in Existence Today that show up and are of service to other still doing it with Dignity Respect and Honor. I wont do a comparison to the few surrounding diner's Because I dont need to. Visit Pat's Diner on South Broad Street and see for yourself precisely what I Described and I'm ? that you'll have yourself a "New Diner" you can Thank me when you see me there - One of them BurgerBits“

“Fairly standard Jersey Diner experience. We showed up with a very large group and were seated quickly. The waitress for our group worked really hard to get service out timely and accurately. Other servers jumped in to help out and keep things moving smoothly.I would go back if in the area again.Parking: No street parking. Fairly large lot.“

“I had a wonderful time here with my aunty. There is a variety of choices to choose from. Everything on the menu sounds delicious, and it was hard to narrow down my choice. One thing that caught my eye was the all-day served breakfast. Although I didn't order a breakfast meal, I was impressed. However, my aunty ordered the lasagna, I can tell you that thing was huge a full size, really worth the money it tasted very rich. I ordered the chicken breast with asparagus and sundried tomatoes covered with cheese over linguine noodles. It's was delicious, both meals came with a choice of soup or salad, we both got soups, one soup peas and mines were the chicken noodles, and it also came with dessert Aunty got jello, and I got something like a pudding. The total 2 meals were about $34.00, and I added a tip for about $40.00. The customer service was great, the location was great and it was mild crowded but no long wait to complain about, I surely will come again when I come to NJ to visit. A time we'll spend.Parking: Was able to park very closely to the door.Kid-friendliness: Yes kids can come hereWheelchair accessibility: Yes no stairs!“

“We liked that SO many menu items included a cup of homemade soup! He had homemade cream of turkey; I had really excellent homemade tomato rice. Both soups were GREAT on a cold dark rainy winter day! He had a French dip (which he really enjoyed) & I had a turkey bacon club that hit the spot.We are not 'local,' so I chose a restaurant on 206, but we really liked it!“

“Very pleasant first time visit after being recommended by a business associate.Friendly , warm, and cordial greeting upon entering the establishment. Kim, my server was prompt professional and very cordial. Sought her opinion about the French toast, and she genuinely gave an honest positive recommendation, and she didn't stir me wrong; a full stack of perfectly pillow soft toasts that were sprinkled with just the perfect amount of powdered sugar. The accompanying bacon was done to how I requested. Observing the other servers, they were all pleasant, jovial, and personable.A must check out and visit place.“

“This is the greatest place to eat. It's tucked away out of the way but all the locals, go in there and yet they don't seem to know each other. It's very informal dying dress, they're only open from earlier in the morning till maybe early in the afternoon, but they got the best food, for the best prices, and comes out hot, and right away. And don't forget to give the girls tips. Go up to that route 13 and bath Rd diner, you're going to pay five-seven times as much $ for the same amount. Although the food is pretty good there too, it's just expensive.“
