McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant with varying experiences. Some customers have reported issues with ordering and payment, resulting in long wait times and mistakes with their orders. Fries may arrive cold, and mobile orders can be slow. However, others have had positive experiences, with friendly employees, correct orders, and fresh food served quickly. The food was decent and actually good, with hot McChickens and great fries and sweet tea. Some customers find the restaurant floors sticky and some tables a bit scuffed up. Prices for items like the big breakfast can be higher than at other locations.
