Awful customer service!! The absolute worst!! I AM STILL WAITING FOR THE MANAGER TO CALL ME BACK!! My order last night from the drive thru was completely messed up. I waited over 20min. in the drive thru and did not get a receipt. I called in before trying to return and a "manager" got on the phone , took my name and number and was Supposed to promptly return the call. NEVER DID!! I have tried numerous times throughout today to call the store and NOONE answers.. ever!! Still...read full review
Memorial Day Monday and somehow they only had two people working. The young lady working the “front” by herself was super pleasant and professional despite totally inundated with customers and very odd questions.
I dont know her name but she did an amazing job… if she isn’t a manager already, she should be TOMORROW!
