We have rated at Otto several times. It has always been a good experience but a little pricey. The room is very nice and the service is efficient. A recent lunch was a bit disappointing. Although the food was still good the gnocchi had obviously been microwaved. I say that based on its appearance at the table in less than 5 minutes and the burns on the roof of my mouth. At a place like this I do expect my food to be cooked to order and not reheated. Note that there is not...

service was great even though waitress was new. great buratta salad. i loved my chicken fabrizio and i had a side of spaghetti in a pink sauce that was the best sauce i’ve had in quite a while .

Went here with high expectations, but were greatly disappointed. We had pasta and chicken dishes and they were all subpar. The carbonara was overly sauced and creamy and our chicken dishes were just okay. Our fried tomato appetizer was actually the only good dish. And, key lime pie - special dessert for the evening was just horrible. And, don't get me started on the exorbitant prices for the items. This restaurant is severely overpriced for what you get and no wonder...
