My husband and I went for lunch today. The food was delicious (we were already familiar with the bagels), however the staff was very distracted. They were friendly and pleasant but they got some things wrong even though it wasn’t very busy. I asked for the honey mustard mayo on the side and it was omitted completely. Also, some of the apple slices still had the stickers on them which means they most likely weren’t washed or looked at prior to using. That’s pretty careless...read full review
Cannot get hold of anyone at the Bryn Mawr location. There was an issue when I did an online order about 2 weeks ago and it went to this location instead of my usual Wayne location. I cannot get a hold of anyone to get a refund.
