Purchased an ice cream cake - barely any chocolate. The owner was argumentative with me on the phone when I pointed out that the cake looked nothing like what is advertised directly on their website or like any DQ cake I have ever received in the past. Got one several weeks later from the Cranberry Twp DQ on route 19 and was perfect. Won’t visit this DQ again.
Went through the drive through and they made the wife’s blizzard wrong. We asked to have it remade. No big deal as stuff happens. The lady went to remake and proceeded to walk back to the window to show us she is making it right. We found this very rude and said something. The lady then proceeded to argue with us for ten minutes. This is completely uncalled for and we will never enjoy anything from there again.
We'll drive through service bad, orders are consistently wrong. I would go. There's an awesome one route near the clearview mall. 12/10 recommend going there.
