Firehouse Subs Butler Crossing offers a mixed experience. While the sandwiches, particularly the steamer and Cajun chicken, are praised, the restaurant faces some issues. Customers have reported long wait times, unhygienic practices, and problems with the loyalty program and pricing. However, the service and the people working there are appreciated, with one customer noting that the manager is thoughtful and considerate. The atmosphere is described as uncomfortably cold at times. The meatball sub is a favorite for many, and the steak and cheese has also received positive feedback for being hot and fresh. Overall, the food quality seems to be the highlight, but the restaurant could benefit from improving its operations and customer service.
