Slowest staff ever. The place was empty, several employees there: taking their sweet time. 15 minutes for a cold sub. Never again. Edit: I’ve been to this location three times, always the same result: slow service. I see many reviews stating the same, get your act together.

Not sure if it was a fluke or it's always this slow but after 15 min of waiting I had to cut my losses+ 15%tip + rounded up whatever and leave without my sandwich as I don't have all day.
The prices are absolutely insane first of all, second the portions are laughable, third I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich because they had 1 guy making everything including all the call in and online orders. First and last time I'll ever go to firehouse subs.

Great food. Always been good quality and taste and I love their sandwiches but in the last 2 visits, had to wait 35+ minutes each time… for a hoagie. Once was when they were busy so that’s fine. Currently the only one in the restaurant though.
