Starbucks Coffee Company offers a very clean and welcoming environment with attentive, friendly, and kind staff who recognize regulars by name. The little notes written on cups make customers' days better, and the consistent kindness makes a difference. The food is hot and good. However, the chairs are hard and uncomfortable, the atmosphere is not inviting, and the music is way too loud, making it hard to have a conversation or do work. Recently, an extra hot caramel macchiato has been disappointing, with weak coffee and almost no caramel taste, as if smaller proportions of coffee grounds and caramel syrup are being used. Despite being short staffed at times, the staff remain friendly and apologetic for the wait. Overall, the service is fast even when crowded, but the recent drink quality and uncomfortable environment are notable concerns.
