The 2 staff members were outside. 1 was smoking and the other was changing the trash. The one changing the trash cans came in, washed her hands, then proceeded to pay with her hair, then put gloves on to make sandwiches. The other lady who was smoking the cigarette came inside the store, didn't wash her hands, put on gloves, and then she proceeded to make sandwiches.
