“I placed a mobile order and waited inside for over 10 minutes, a total of about 24 minutes from initial order. Started kind of frustrated, but they really were SLAMMED. It was kind of cool to stand there and watch them get nonstop customers (packed inside waiting and line around the building) and they all stayed calm, level headed, accurate in my large order, and were really working as a team. They did really great handling the mass amount of people they had on a Thursday.“
“It depends on what Wendy's you go to. The Wendy's at the Clearview mall in Butler Does a really good job but the one on new Castle st . It just depends on who is working . Some of the workers really try to do a good job and some don't seem to care as much and your food might be burnt.“
