“Update: After my initial post about a discrepancy in the price of a coffee, the owner immediately reached out in response and explained that there were now three sizes of cold brew instead of just two, which accounted for the 50-cent increase in the price charged. My only suggestion would be to annotate this on the large menu board right behind the cash register.
Separately, I called and spoke with one of your employees, who was supposed to give you the message that I was double charged. After a few days of not hearing back, I called again and left a message on your answering machine and still did not receive a callback. At that point, I just stopped trying. I support all of our local small businesses in our community and plan to continue to support your coffee shop as well. Thank you for responding to these concerns in response to my review.

She offered us suggestions and let us know all the little ways they make their food and drinks so good. We had an orange Creamsicle drink, buffalo chicken dip, chicken quesadilla and custom Stromboli. The cook hand delivered the food and made sure everything was fantastic.
