Cocky's Coop Canonsburg is a small spot with tables and bar seats, offering a welcoming atmosphere with cool artwork on the walls. The menu features generously-sized, delicious chicken sandwiches, smash burgers, and wings. The Smash Burgers are juicy with great flavor and are considered the best around. The Chicken (Hen) sandwich is solid, and the hot honey chicken sandwich is described as the best chicken sandwich ever, with breaded chicken that is crisp, juicy, and tender, completed by slaw, pickles, and sauce. The wings are crispy and delicious, with lots of wing flavors available. The Halfway Crooks sauce is a favorite. Sides like mozz sticks have homemade breading and an endless amount of cheese, while cajun fries and Onion Rings are also mentioned, though the Onion Rings could be less greasy. Food is made very quick, and sides are nice and crispy. There is a small selection of beverages in an upright refrigerated case, and a variety of espresso martinis to choose from. The cocky sauce is delicious.
