He knows his stuff! If you like a bit of spicy try the Philly burger! We have never had a burger prepared that way and is the best we have ever had. The Turncoat stout was a complete surprise to this beer snob! Loved it despite it looking like a cloudy IPA. Loved the red coat and peanut butter stout enough to take some home. Thanks to Garrett we will be coming back to visit with friends!“

Joe is the best bartender in Carlisle.... He only has respect and compassion for everyone by at the gas ever served. The patrons on the establishment come back religiously for a reason. Not sure what high horse you fell off of. But my recommendation is to stand up, sober up and dust yourself off. I'm sure BBQ Tavern has a stool for you.“
