Heard this was opened by the same owner for One 13 Social and knew we had to try this place - very late on the review, btw.. we came here early June, they had the windows opened so we were able to sit by the windows and enjoy the natural light.. it was a tad hot out but it was nice sitting by the windows. We love this place. We’ve been there several Sundays over the past few months. The food and service are excellent. Our favorites are the grilled gem salad, any of the pizzas (the crust is delicious), the burgers (but always get the brioche bun) and the burrito. Here’s a few photos.

The young wait staff were attentive and engaging.
Salad is delicious, with the perfect amount of dressing. "Bunt Ends" were flavorful.
