Not only is the food fresh, delicious, and they are not afraid to spice it up on request... the service is what i also come for. Its a smaller establishment tightly knit and particularily ... Her name is Tess and she has been our server more often than not in the time we have visited. Not only is she extremely professional, she always greets with a smile sometimes with a little sarcasm that we never change our meals. It feels good to have someone that really cares what they are doing for you and is 110 percent focused on your order and your experience. 11/10 best server / hostess with the mosttess / she lights up the dining room.. ask for Tess. The place is clean and smells Greeted with a friendly hello and a smile, we were sat within minutes, our waitress came right over and introduced herself. She informed us of the specials, answered all of our questions and made some recommendations based off our answers. “Stopped at route 61 Chicken shack not restaurant,on a friday at 1101 am..oredered take out chicken wqs outstanding and took less than 5 minutes..my friend got a platter with 2 sides All quality homemade.I got achicken breast and a leg for later..Held up well in take out package..impressive ..I reccomend Massers Chicken Shack for quality , cleanliness,Service and Boy was that breast tasty going back tomorrow Thx Massers! : )“

“Man oh man! This is our new favorite burger place.
This spot was recommended by my barber who couldn't say enough good things about it. We are happy he recommended it!

The place is really cool with a grill behind the bar so you can watch food being cooked while your drink is made - really novel. The seating is a little unique as well: I don't think they have a formal host or hostess, but instead you grab a waitress's attention and she helps find you a spot to sit; bar seats are always up for grabs, if open.

The staff is awesome - quick to help, friendly, and able to offer solid advice on the menu. The food though - it's fantastic! The burgers are juicy and delicious, the wings are cooked just the right amount and come with the right amount of sauce, you know what I mean - not drenched but not dry as a bone either.

Bottom line: highly recommend for a whiskey and burger.

Parking: It appears there is both a front and back lot to park in. It was night so I only saw the front, but there were spots readily available despite the business being very busy

Wheelchair accessibility: There are stairs you have to climb, at least in the front, in order to enter the building. Also really tight inside. I would not recommend to someone in a wheelchair.“

It normally is stacked above the rim of the cup this time it barely made it to the top with the whip cream and only had 3 little chunks of brownie. Then when waiting for our ice cream at least 2 other people complained about other things.“
