“It was 20 minutes til close on a Wednesday night and my boss and I were heading back to trevorton from harrisburg after a long day at work. We walked in and they were about shut down for the night, but we were starving after a long days work. Rosario (the manager) was so gracious and kind to us, saw the starvation and exhaustion in our faces, and offered us the rest of the slice pie and a stuffed foccacia for no charge. Needless to say, we were overcome woth gratitude and gave them whatever cash we had in our pockets. I had worked for the same family of owners, in elysburg, for a few years about 15 years ago at a time in my life when nobody should have given me a job. Anyways, it warmed my heart to see that spirit of kindness handed down to the next generation. Thank you to the Gallina family for the blessing tonight, and for the opportunity to better myself so long ago. Salute!“

“All I am going to say is that if you have not tried this places Chicken Drunken noodle and Spicy Chicken fried rice you are missing out. So so good. There was only one other place down in Williamsport that made it this good and the owner moved back to Thailand.“

“was highly disappointed with my recent trip to this place. we got there around 2pm and was not very busy. waited about 30 minutes for our food. we ordered three meals, once steak and shrimp, one bbq chicken and a steak and chicken fingers. brought out our food and it was barely warm. they forgot the chicken fingers and when I asked about them after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to walk by they went back and grabbed them and they had the nerve to say they were sitting back there the whole time they forgot to grab them. that is absolutely poor food management and a huge food violation.“

“I ate here after my knee surgery on 12/11. I love that they offer different choices of oatmeal bowls and that they offer a parfait bowl. I got the banana oat bowl. I love that they give you a few items on the side including the milk. It was fantastic. I also got a side of home fries with onions and an iced gingerbread coffee. Everything was great and everyone was so nice. My fiancée loved her food as well. We ordered a soup and a chili to go (to eat later for dinner) while ordering as well. Our waitress had it ready to go with our check. My fiancée loved her soup and I loved the chili. We will be back for sure.“

“New Years Eve and the restaurant was maxed out. Hostess was ill prepared to handle number of patrons causing long wait times and parties being seated out of order. They ran out of baked potatoes, a staple for a steak house. All a reflection of poor management.“

“May's makes me feel like I'm 12 again. Back when I would pedal to the corner store and grab one of their steamed burgers in a plastic bag and scarf it down on the way to the park.

“Okayyy but Moe’s really eats Chipotle UP every single time 😭 The food is always good, but the REAL reason I keep coming back is because of the two employees there. Whenever they work together, I already know I’m about to laugh the whole time. It literally feels like I walked into a stand-up comedy show while ordering my food 😂 Their sarcasm, jokes, and energy make the whole place feel so fun and welcoming. They really know how to make people feel special instead of treating customers like another number in line.
One of them even had me trying the “African-American chicken” as a joke 😭 I never even thought about ordering it before, but now that’s literally ALL I get every time I come in. At this point, they turned me into a loyal customer off vibes alone lol. Honestly, I don’t even like going in there when they’re not working because the energy just doesn’t hit the same 😂 Moe’s definitely has my heart over Chipotle“

“Applebee’s is a solid choice for casual dining any night of the week, but I find early evenings (5–7 PM) are the best time to go if you want a relaxed vibe with attentive service. The atmosphere is casual and welcoming, great for family dinners, date night, or a laid‑back night out with friends.

The menu has plenty of crowd‑pleasers like classic burgers, sizzling fajitas, and grilled chicken dishes, and their boneless wings and loaded fries are always a hit. They also run fun drink specials and seasonal dishes that add variety to the menu. The staff are friendly and quick, which makes dining here easy and enjoyable.“

Emily showed me such kindness and went well above and beyond her call of duty. She asked me what she could do, she hugged me and apologized for my loss. “The food is always great. Thing is that they ruin it with long wait times, unrealistic expectations, lack of communication, and haven’t fixed it for years. My husband and I rarely get sushi because of the expense. We decided for Valentine’s Day we would treat ourselves. Put in our order around 6-6:15 pm and my husband was waiting in 35 degree weather for 2 1/2 hours along with 20+ other people experiencing the same issues if not worse. When he had arrived at 7 (the time the website told us the order would be ready) they told him to his face 10 more minutes. If they had been honest he could have at least warmed up in the car or come home for a bit and then came back, instead he froze out there with everyone else because they don’t even use their text system to let you know the order is ready (they never do when it’s busy). Regardless, 2 1/2 hours is absolutely insane to wait for a dinner for 2. They need to hire more staff! As I said, the food is great so I still recommend them on that point only, but they have a lot to fix.“

“We had a waitress named June. As a party if 20 that is alot. She was PERFECT brought refills out before we were empty. Food was fast and correct. We all loved her and she deserves a raise and employee of the year. She made our experience great even with singing happy birthday to my 15 year old daughter while she was busy. Please ask for her she is the best waitress I ever had. I dont know her personality but she is a very personable and relatable woman.
