“was highly disappointed with my recent trip to this place. we got there around 2pm and was not very busy. waited about 30 minutes for our food. we ordered three meals, once steak and shrimp, one bbq chicken and a steak and chicken fingers. brought out our food and it was barely warm. they forgot the chicken fingers and when I asked about them after waiting about 10 minutes for someone to walk by they went back and grabbed them and they had the nerve to say they were sitting back there the whole time they forgot to grab them. that is absolutely poor food management and a huge food violation.“

“I ate here after my knee surgery on 12/11. I love that they offer different choices of oatmeal bowls and that they offer a parfait bowl. I got the banana oat bowl. I love that they give you a few items on the side including the milk. It was fantastic. I also got a side of home fries with onions and an iced gingerbread coffee. Everything was great and everyone was so nice. My fiancée loved her food as well. We ordered a soup and a chili to go (to eat later for dinner) while ordering as well. Our waitress had it ready to go with our check. My fiancée loved her soup and I loved the chili. We will be back for sure.“

“My mom wanted to come here for dinner for her 70th birthday and it was just lovely from start to finish. The manager, Tucker, was so gracious and welcoming and made sure we were taken care of. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful and attentive and we just loved her. All the staff was. The food is always good but the kitchen was ON IT last night, and everything was so tasty. In a post-Covid world, we have a hard time finding restaurants that are consistently good and worth the money and my husband and I both say, just about every time that we've never had a bad meal here. It's true! You guys really made my mom's birthday dinner special. Keep doing what you're doing. Thank you!!!!“

Just stopped by to get a cone yesterday, and the girl at the counter couldn't have been nicer. Cone was a good size for the money; ice cream could have been colder, it started melting pretty quickly, but it was tasty, and the cone was fresh and crisp.“

“It's very cozy and has lots of space not to busy as well some food may be bland compared to chipotle but trust me the burritos are very good the chips could use more salt but sometimes it's fine they have a huge selection of drinks plenty of parking as well the employees are very nice I have never seen rude employees maybe once or twice buts that's every restaurant! I've never had a bad experience I would highly recommend this place“

“Emily you were amazing! I found myself with very high emotions while visiting this location. I recently lost my boyfriend and this was the first dinner there without him. Emily showed me such kindness and went well above and beyond her call of duty. She asked me what she could do, she hugged me and apologized for my loss. “I've been eating the food here since 1990 & I've always loved it, I hope this place never changes! Was in recently for pizza with my daughter & the pie was perfect, waitress was super friendly & accommodating & the pictures on the wall take me right back to eating slices here with friends at lunch in high school, this place is one of the last old school pizza places still doing it right!“

“The food is always great. Thing is that they ruin it with long wait times, unrealistic expectations, lack of communication, and haven’t fixed it for years. My husband and I rarely get sushi because of the expense. We decided for Valentine’s Day we would treat ourselves. Put in our order around 6-6:15 pm and my husband was waiting in 35 degree weather for 2 1/2 hours along with 20+ other people experiencing the same issues if not worse. When he had arrived at 7 (the time the website told us the order would be ready) they told him to his face 10 more minutes. If they had been honest he could have at least warmed up in the car or come home for a bit and then came back, instead he froze out there with everyone else because they don’t even use their text system to let you know the order is ready (they never do when it’s busy). Regardless, 2 1/2 hours is absolutely insane to wait for a dinner for 2. They need to hire more staff! As I said, the food is great so I still recommend them on that point only, but they have a lot to fix.“
