We had asked for a table or a half table - booth. After the lobby of customers were seated. We saw a table came available. A fanily of 4 came in the door, and the hostess sat that family and another before us. Wevspoke to the manager and she got us a table a few minutes later. Other than that situation, the visit was ok.
My family and I enjoy going to Red Robin for an evening out. Unfortunately this restaurant seems to be decreasing in quality. The service wasn't great. The food was ok. The tables and floor were sticky and dirty. Hopefully my most recent experience was just a bad night for them.

Everything would have received a 5 star rating. However, because the cooks can not read the tickets correctly, I have chosen a 4-star review. I did a pickup order, and while ordering 1 of the sandwiches, it was supposed to be well done. It was severely pink in the middle. I understand that the staff were busy. However, that is not an excuse to justify not correctly following the ticket. Other than that, the food was delicious.
