These cookies may not look big but they are very filling and sweet! Great place if you have a sweet tooth. Atmosphere is 3 stars because the floor whenever you walk in is not very cleanly. It looked like it needed scrubbed. It was black in spots in the corners.“

“From start to finish, the entire ordering process was incredibly easy and stress-free. Their pricing was very competitive, and the creativity and planning they put into our cakes was truly amazing. They took the time to walk us through the design ideas in a way that made it easy to visualize and fully understand the final product, which we really appreciated.

Everything exceeded our expectations—from communication to execution. The cakes not only looked absolutely perfect, but they tasted fantastic as well. You could tell a lot of care and attention went into every detail.

Most importantly, our kids absolutely loved their custom cakes! One was a Minnie Mouse cake and the other was a Miss Rachel cake, and both were spot-on and brought huge smiles to their faces. Seeing their excitement made the experience even more special.

“Absolutely delicious! What made it extra special is that they partner with Robert Morris University. At the start of the semester, RMU sent an email about signing up for their birthday club to possibly win a cake! I feel so lucky, and the owners were such amazing, lovely people. We brought this cake to a friends house for soup cook-off. Although we were voting for our favorite soup, everyone agreed the lemon cake was the true winner - there were no leftovers! Our family absolutely loves Crumbl! We have some local to us and we always manage to hit any on road trips and such while out and about. How could you not want a cookie the size of a small child’s head?! The photos alone would be worth the purchase!

My daughter had her birthday club coupon to use so we stopped at the one at Robinson. There is a self service check out to place your order. We were having trouble figuring out how to get her free cookie on the self check out, and the worker happily helped us.

As always, walking into the establishment, it was very clean and refreshing. The simplicity just makes it! All of the examples of that week’s cookies were set up on the counter to get a good look at for size and design. The pretty pink color of the boxes would just make anybody’s day. They took a custom order in short notice, I was trying to find some place that would make a white cake with key lime filling and a key lime butter cream with graham cracker crumble and all the other places said they do not offer that flavor and they made it no questions asked and it was the best cake I have ever had. The cake was so moist and the key lime filling was so refreshing. Best experience I have trying to get a custom cake.“

“I get donuts at the South Fayette location every week and they have the best donuts around! I hope they get their fryer back soon as they are getting their donuts shipped in from another Madsen’s. They are still good but the donuts the ladies make at the South Fayette location are even better!“

“Thank god I found this place before I left to drive back for Michigan! That sandwich was absolutely amazing, the bread was soo soft, they load up the meat, the veggies are fresh! Don't get me started on the bakery!! Their cookies were fantastic, but haven't gotten to the cinnamon roll yet. They have an icing frosting and a cream cheese frosting for the cinnamon rolls. For cookies I had their pecan, chocolate chip, peanut butter cup, and white macadamia nut and they had so many other ones. They were all so soft and flavorful! Only regret is that I didn't get more. If you are in the area, you don't want to pass up this sandwich and bakery spot! Everyone was so friendly. Thank you!!!“

“I take many classes from Ella and Ellan with Chattycupcakes. The classes are fun! I keep learning something new and then improving on things I’ve learned in pass classes. Where can you go for a class and take an entire cake home with you. Friends and family benefit from the classes I take. They are always so happy to hear they will benefit from the class. Also their cakes freeze beautifully. I swear you can’t tell the cake was frozen! Please give them a try if you are looking for something fun to do with friends or just yourself!“

I haven't been able to catch them open in a few years so I got up ridiculously early to make it happen this morning (arrived before 6 AM on a Saturday). I walked in, was not greeted, and had to listen to the lady behind the counter complaining to another lady. When it was my turn I picked the six donuts I wanted but she only had five in the box so I said I had wanted two of the one kind and she said "you only said one". Why was that necessary? Just grab another donut, and maybe smile and say "hello" when a customer walks in and don't subject customers to your grievances. Make people feel welcomed and appreciated especially since they've gotten up so early to patronize your place of work. Very good donuts and Italian bread though.“
