We had such a wonderful experience tonight at Mason’s Famous Lobster Rolls on North Scottsdale Road.
From the moment we arrived, everything felt welcoming and easy—even with how busy they were with takeout orders. We chose to dine in, and I’m so glad we did.

This place was so bad. Not only did the customer service absolutely suck, the food is NOT worth it. With TWO (2) normal lobster rolls, no extra protein, costing $69!!! And then on top of it the very rude girl at the counter asked for a 30%, 35%, or 40% tip option… my husband asked what was in your potato salad and she rudely told us she has no clue… he then asked to sample it and she said no.
