“Place has best bagels in the area by a mile. Only drawback is it's impossible to place a call ahead order. Either no one answers or you get strange prompts saying their line is busy even the phone doesn't even ring once. Really weird. So be prepared to wait on weekends.“

I soon thereafter discovered Borough Bagels, thus ending my search. 🙌 Without a doubt, Borough Bagels offers the freshest, most delicious bagels in the Bucks County area! Their Egg Everything bagels are to die for, and the French Toast bagels are sinfully good (especially when dressed up with some butter and syrup). 🤤 Better yet, there are typically plenty of said bagels to go around, which eliminates the pressure to get there super early in the morning. It’s a cute, welcoming shop too, with a friendly staff—one of the cooks caught me ogling the Super Cinnamon bagel display, and he took the time to explain to me how they differ from the French Toast variety and offer recommendations on how to best prepare them. So sweet! Trips to Bagel Borough with my husband have rapidly become part of my weekend routine. I cannot recommend this place enough for bagel lovers in the area! 🥯“

All the ladies i've encountered have been polite and professional, always getting orders out in a reasonable time-frame, even when things are extremely busy. The three boys manning the shop today, though, were horrible. Slow service, even though the place was pretty much dead, and I had to remind them of the second item that I had ordered - as they had forgotten completely. I had to show them my recipt before they believed me.“

A+Edit: this must be said there are 4 manhattan bagel near me, and only this location knows how to make a hashbrown - im a big fan of hashbrown with the breakfast sandwich, i like it crisper and made well, and this location NAILS it perfectly. All 3 other locations cannot get the well done hashbrown right, or even get it crispy at all. This is the manhattan bagel to go to if you are in the area or visiting“

“Haven't had Manhattan Bagel in many years and treated myself and sons mother n law after moving. $17+ for bagel, lox and cream cheese. It was excellent. She got a plain bagel with a shmere. Said was very good. So add a $2 tip and take out. Guess I didn't count on the prices going up so high since last time. Like I said though it was very good just above my budget to go back any time soon.“
