We’d endured a 12 hour day of travel through rain, fog and snow. Decided to pick up salads from the Chambersburg location since it was less than a mile from our hotel. Unfortunately we used the drive-thru and trusted our order was right. We ordered a Cobb & a Market salad. Got to our hotel, checked in and sat down to enjoy our dinner only to discover there was no dressing for either salad. I’ve never had a bad experience here! The staff, service and food are great! I always have my meal very quickly.
Went through the drive thru today (7/20) and it was incredibly slow. No big deal though. I go to order and I’m almost done ordering and the working (Hannah or Anna) told me midst of my sentence “can you stop I’m trying to get what you ordered also what is your name again” I understand being busy, but chick fil a has a high standard of customer service and manners Just felt super disappointed.
