Food was great, but was ignored upon entering by a young lady and then a nice gentleman came up and waited on us. He was nice and courteous. He was very professional! I was shocked at the workers service. It was incredibly rude. I ordered a very normal sandwich, something even I could make. There was only one twist. I asked for half of the sandwich to be baked. Well, this proved too much for the incompetent worker who was "running the show" that day. They baked not half but THE WHOLE sandwich. Truly disappointing. I stopped by a few days ago and ordered a Footlong, and Alex was very warm and friendly, and took the time to make my sandwich. I understand some of the employees were new, so speed was a little bit off, but service made up for it! Will definitely be back again! So happy we have a Subway in Charleroi!
