“Spoilt food. I am a regular here and pick up lunch meals often. Food was consistently good until yesterday. Sambar was spoilt and straight away smelled obnoxious. I get it that items like sambar are not made fresh daily but the owners and the chef should have the basic human courtesy to check for quality before selling it. Taste can be off but quality is non negotiable. It is sad that an indian restaurant with good name in the area is going down the drain like this. Never ordering here again.“

“It was one of the most authentic tastes I have ever experienced. Anyone who truly enjoys Indian food should visit at least once to try their dishes and understand what real Indian cuisine is all about.👌“

“Malgudi Cafe feels like home. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. And the food is excellent. The food served at Malgudi Cafe is the food I'm served when I visit my friend's homes in India. It's a taste of India in Exton. The food is prepared to order and is consistently delicious, so I don't mind waiting occasionally. I also appreciate that I can ask any server for help. Anyone carrying a white handheld terminal can add to my order and close my check. It's convenient, especially when they're busy. My current favorite dish is the vegetable uttapam. I spent 3 1/2 weeks in India earlier this year and didn't find any uttapam that was better than Malgudi Cafe. Same goes for the chai - it's outstanding. Do yourself a favor and get to Malgudi Cafe. You'll be glad you did!“
“Great food and service. Try their South Indian breakfast combos.“
“Not your usual Indian! You’ll be greeted by the chef a very handsome softly spoken man who is very attentive & also very persuasive into letting him take charge of what you will eat. Pleasantly surprised was the outcome after 3 courses & lovely wine. The staff are one step ahead & know your every need from filling your glass to opening the toilet door for you. Lovely just lovely ☺️“

“I had lunch at this restaurant and tried the Jalapeño Gobi 65—it was superb! It tasted incredibly fresh, unlike anything I’ve had before. I also had Mandi, which came with a variety of chicken types, and it was excellent. And also I refer to eat onion pakoda for snacks, Definitely worth trying!“

“Absolutely recommend. One of the best halal restaurants in the area. Highlights include Beef Seekh Kebab, Chicken 65, Chicken Manchurian, and Chicken Tikka Masala. Large vegetarian selection, too-- would recommend Gobi Manchurian and Paneer Tikka Masala. 10/10“

“I don’t usually leave restaurant reviews, but Sangam Indian Food Co. in Malvern genuinely deserves it.
We went as a family of 11 for my dad’s birthday, and it turned into one of those meals you remember long after. From the first baskets of naan to the last spoonful of curry, everything felt thoughtful, flavorful, and generous.
We’re Indian, and even the kids who usually say “Indian food is too spicy” were happily eating everything ….spice levels and all…..while still pleasing the true spice lovers at the table. That balance is rare.
Standouts included the Chef’s Special Fish Curry (my dad barely spoke after the first bite, then kept raving), the biryani, paneer and shrimp 65, pepper shrimp with slow-building heat, and an eggplant dish that quietly became a favorite.
What also stood out was the portion size and value; hearty servings and pricing that felt very fair for the quality and flavor.
We kept ordering “just one more dish,” and everything arrived fresh and full of character. By the end, the table was full of empty plates, packed leftovers, and that very satisfied silence that only happens after a great Indian meal.
If you enjoy Indian food …whether you love spice or usually avoid it ….this place somehow delivers both without compromise. We’ll definitely be back.“

“It’s a bit late to share, but here’s my honest review 😊
I visited this restaurant on March 21, 2026 with a colleague. The food was very delicious, especially the mandi, I truly became a fan of it. The portion was perfect for two people, and the appetizer also tasted good.
Items ordered:
• Chicken Juicy Mandi
• Apollo Fish (Appetizer)
Atmosphere: Good (4/5)
Parking: Free and plenty available
Quantity for (They even served extra rice thoughtfully and offered complimentary dessert, really appreciated the gesture)
Overall opinion: Highly recommended! Must try their mandi, definitely a place worth visiting again 👍

“Hands down the best Indian food I’ve had outside of India! The butter chicken was perfectly creamy and flavorful, and the garlic naan was fresh and soft. Every dish was packed with authentic spices, and you can tell the ingredients are high quality.
Big congrats to the chef and the entire kitchen team“

“Every Thursday when we go grocery shopping, dining at kokarako has become a ritual now. Street style veg noodles is my all time favorite. The taste always reminds me of the actual road style noodle I had back home. The staff and chef are very friendly and warm.“

“I come from Wilmington almost every weekend just for this food truck’s weekend special pulaos — they’re absolutely worth it! Not sure why they don’t have more reviews because everything I’ve tried here has been amazing. Pretty sure I’ve gone through their whole menu by now 😂
My must-eats: Stuffed Mirchi, Punugulu, Green Chilli Pulaos, and Schezwan Fried Rice.“

“We loved the food, very authentic I can say. They have a great collection for vegetarian as well as non-vegetarians, especially for chicken and goat lovers. Their naans have unique crunchiness which adds more joy to the super yummy food. The balance of spices and salt was beyond what I could expect, loved every bite I had at this place. Friendly customer service, great atmosphere, highly recommended!!“

“Came here for the buffet and didn’t realize it was 11-3, but my family and I chose to sit and dine in and were absolutely BLOWN AWAY! Probably some of the BEST Indian food I’ve ever had since moving to the east coast from the west. I would 10/10 recommend. The portions are well dished and it is a very easy place to go to for a large family like mine. The staff were very friendly and attentive and nice to chat with. Will absolutely be coming back.“

“Just got takeout so I can't comment on service or atmosphere. Very solid Indian staples with very good ingredients. This is our goto place and it's never disappointed. Some of the fusion might make you think it's not legit, but you have nothing to worry about. Their wings are great and I'm surprised more wing places haven't embraced the spicy deliciousness Indian cuisine has to offer.“
