“Always love the friendliness of the staff, the prices & taste of the food. It keeps me coming back. The staff are always very sweet to my dog when I walk down. For a small deli they have a great range of homemade food and a variety of other items they sell.“
“Well I’ve been to the Summit Market many times over the years. Even before it was what it is today (the Village Market was it?) and it USED to be eh. The Sammie’s were ok, nothing great - but these new Summit Market owners have really re-vamped the menu. They cook amazing fresh and absolutely delicious food everyday. They are more than happy to let you try before you buy and they are more than happy to make anything to your liking. I’ve never had anything that was bad. Even food I don’t usually eat (like Thai) is absolutely out of this world Delish! And the smoked wings!!!! Ah! Phenomenal!Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed.“
“The food is better and fresher than any other sandwich place, on your momma. They're usually very busy though, so a sandwich normally takes about 45 minutes for them to make. However, it's always worth the wait. From soups to sandwiches you won't be disappointed. They have fair prices and great food.“
“Really great food. Something for everyone. They even have healthy salad options in their case - interesting ones with quinoa, sweet potato, etc, not boring ole lettuce.I also love their thinly sliced London broil - I typically don't even like London broil, but I tried it by accident one day and I thought it was phenomenal and I've had it a few times since then and it's always great. So tender and flavorful.I have passed by this place so many times in the past because I did not realize they had parking in the rear and also across the street. Now that I know that I've gone back pretty often.“
“Sandwiches so good we went two days in a row! The clerks at the counter were very helpful in making suggestions for us on our first visit. My daughter and I followed the recommendation and shared the steak & cheese hoagie and were not disappointed! My son-in-law had a tasty chicken parmesan hoagie. Went back the next day to try the sausage & peppers and roast beef hoagies, while my son-in-law did a repeat of the chicken parm. All were excellent and were a great value! Will have to be a go-to spot when I’m in town!“
“Carmella's had a stand at Xmas Village by City Hall in Philly and the cookies and pastries were so huge I had to go home and measure it... It was 11" This was only 6 bucks!... I told them they needed to raise their prices! So yummy!“
“This place is awesome! Very classic diner-esque corner spot with a breakfast bar. It’s a modest place with super friendly and personable staff. The prices are low and the food is great! My fiancée and I come for breakfast or order delivery multiple times a week. Their coffee is AMAZING and honestly never had a bad experience. Ally, Rob, and Chris are some of the nicest people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting! Will continue to enjoy our breakfast from this spot for many times to come.“
“Always polite and pleasant. Recently been scrubbed clean by my very own sister. So it's almost like a brand new gas station inside. Food is excellent. Chili is highly recommended and homemade. Breakfast sandwichs are made quick and are a nice alternative to fast food.“
