Mediterranean Restaurants in Clarks Summit, PA

“Greystone Gardens is an obscure but fabulous restaurant in the Clark Summit area. We made a last-minute reservation at noon on a Wednesday for 6 PM for seven people. There were three other tables, but only two people serving, including the owner. I don't think they were prepared for us as Service was much slower than normal. Having said that the food was amazing as was the ambience. My only suggestion to management would be closing off reservations the day before in the event there is not enough staff to adequately serve or prepare the food for customers. It also could've been an off day or somebody canceled work.  Despite the unusually slow service, I would definitely recommend Greystone Gardens. Just make your reservation a few days in advance.“
