Based on customer reviews, Tasty Scoopz is a dessert spot that has quickly become a favorite for many. The ice cream, gelatis, sundaes, water ice, and bubble waffles are very good, with the desserts looking exactly like the pictures. The bubble waffle sundae is incredible, with a warm, buttery, lightly crisp outside and soft inside. The prices are great.

However, there are some issues. The kitchen seems to lack efficiency, with orders not made in the order they are received, leading to a 20+ minute wait for a small water ice. There is no soft serve ice cream, only hard ice cream. Additionally, some customers could not enjoy their ice cream because of disrespectful kids using profanity around the place.

Despite these problems, the service is great, and the staff shows professionalism and great customer service. Many customers have made it a weekly ritual and highly recommend it for a fun dessert spot.
