We were craving oysters and they did not disappoint! They had an unexpected staffing issue (someone had to rush home), but the bartender and owner stepped in to help so it was no big deal. They were out of several menu items, but had alternatives that more than made up for it. It was a great first experience there. Next time we want oysters, we will be back!
This is one of the most underrated restaurants around! The food is always excellent! And the chef's daily specials are very creative. We love the ambiance and the owners are very friendly. You have to try the bread:)
Was hungry for oysters and a seafood dinner and the Fayette Street Oyster House & Grille did not disappointed. The Oyster menu had good diversity, covering west coast, Chesapeake, Massachusetts, and Canada/PEI. We ordered a variety and they were quickly shucked and served thoughtfully.
