“I want to offer some feedback to your staff. Dining there with a friend on May 9th, I found the meal to be very good with a couple of slips. My friend's aspargus salad and cod were excellent. The mousse au chocolat was fine. However, two items I chose needed some rethinking: the pastry for the vol au vent and the rabbit. The pastry had melted into the snail and their excellent sauce; it was hard to find. The first of many I ate many years ago, the first in Tunis, was tasty and stood a firm 3" high filled with the farce. Perhaps assembly is the issue. The rabbit was the second. The meat was dry; the sauce had not infused into the flesh. Perhaps a longer low/slow cook time. Perhaps when getting a reservation, you could ask the customer what they were thinking of choosing. If it were rabbit, you would know the order in advance and prepare more slowly. Duck fat might be a good liquid to brown the rabbit. I had not dined at Spring Mill Cafe' since the mid-90s. Perhaps when I dine there again, you will have the b'stilla on the menu. Thank you for this opportunity. PJM“

“My girlfriend and I had the pleasure of attending a special fundraising dinner at Her Place Supper Club benefiting Sue's Produce Market, a beloved neighborhood business that we regularly shop at and genuinely love. Knowing that this dinner was organized to help support Sue's and keep this important community staple open made the experience even more meaningful. The evening featured a beautifully executed seven-course meal served in a communal dining setting, which created a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Sharing the experience with others who clearly care about the community added something truly special to the night. Every course was thoughtfully prepared, but the standout for me was the wagyu steak. It was absolutely incredible and easily my favorite dish of the evening. What impressed me most was seeing the chef and owner of Her Place Supper Club use her talent and platform to support a local business that so many people in the Rittenhouse area know and love. It was a wonderful example of a community coming together through great food for an important cause. A memorable dining experience, an outstanding meal, and a reminder of how powerful local support can be. “Excellent dining experience. Service, by Kai, was as good as the food. A tad pricey, but this kind of cuisine and professional service should be. BYOB saves a few bucks, so I will be back. The endive salad with a Dijon vinaigrette was sublime and the Red Snapper the best we’ve had. Oh, and the New York strip steak was mouthwatering and cooked to perfection. Treat yourself and experience what fine dining is.“

“The lemon chicken tagine is to die for, and the macaroons are so delightful and flavorful. Soufiane catered for a small gathering and the food, presentation and service was excellent. I can't wait to visit the Cafe in person! Congratulations on your opening!!“

“We dined here while visiting Philly for the weekend. We managed to walk in, but the restaurant is small and intimate so a reservation is probably best. It is also BYOB, so remember to bring a bottle of wine if you want something to drink.

The menu is clearly marked with gluten-free options, making ordering easy. Our server asked about allergies upfront and was confident handling the request when we noted my partner has Celiac (we mentioned it as a gluten allergy to the staff). We ordered the seared duck leg confit and the steak au poivre, and both were excellent. My partner had no symptoms the following day. We did not ask specific questions about shared kitchen space, but the clear labeling and great atmosphere made for an excellent dinner.“

“We ate outside at Parc mid-afternoon today to celebrate our 61st anniversary with our family, including our granddog. Our meal was luscious throughout, though we were too full for dessert❣️I must say, the highlight for me was the tomato tart, which was delicate but hearty, and totally scrumptious. Thanks for a wonderful meal, and as always, we look forward to our next visit.“

“I went here on a recommendation as I'm new to the area. Let me tell my entire experience was phenomenal! From the time I sat down I knew this was going to be an experience!!! I felt like was back in Paris again! My rose', my warm Brie beet salad, my chicken and cherry bomb dessert were excellent and with every bite I wanted more! I ended up staying and chatting with the staff! John had put together a phenomenal excellent staff! I can't wait to go again and support this wonderful establishment!“

“We had an evening out At The Table and did the tasting menu. It didn't disappoint. The food was amazing, my favorite was the scallop course. The only negative was a table of 6 near us who kept complaining. They arrived at the same time as us and also had the tasting menu. Our young daughter was more mature than this group of 60+yr olds. When the lamb entree came out they were convinced it wasn't lamb. It was lamb, and it was excellent. The whole idea of the tasting menu is to relax, take your time and have good conversations, entree at about 90mins and done in 2 hours. The waiter and chef were apologetic when they didn't need to be. I feel bad for them and wanted to post a review. Highly recommend the restaurant, awesome for a date night.“

“Food excellent, atmosphere wonderful, service was incredible. The bartender Aaron was a consummate professional, coming from someone who has bartended for decades. The perfect mix of silent service and warm reception. I think this place would be my ideal bar/restaurant if they added a few more European import taps behind the bar. Will be back and encourage anyone reading to visit as well.“

“We had dinner at Planchette yesterday in celebration of Father’s Day. In addition to my husband and myself, our daughter, son in law, and two adult grandsons shared the meal. The food was absolutely the best we’ve had in a very long time. Everything was perfectly cooked and delicious. The staff was wonderful too. Everyone knows it’s been very difficult getting and keeping staff since the pandemic hit. It’s a shame the folks that complained so bitterly about having to wait did not take this fact into consideration. We’d heartily recommend this restaurant for a fine dining experience.“

“The bartenders are great. The Old Fashioned was very whiskey heavy - I prefer a bit more bitters but it was a good, solid drink. I'll be back during Happy Hour (4-6) tomorrow. The Philly Cheesesteak was phenomenal - the bread was soft and soaked up the au jus perfectly, the cheese was creamy with a great sharp flavor and the beef was tender and delicious!

Atmosphere is not bad for a hotel lobby. Be warned, they include a 20% gratuity in the bill.“

What really made this night memorable was Sarah, the bartender. We sat at the bar and she was amazing - great recommendations, excellent cocktails, and even better conversation.“

“I had to write someone to capture what an incredible time I had here! Walked into a stand-up bass and guitar playing classics in a vibe that was authentic and beautiful. Brick walls. “Loved the crepe, but I was a little disappointed about how much filling there was. I got the Strawberry Pineapple Honey crepe. I am not saying it was not good. I thought it would be a little fuller.
The crepe was a little undercooked for how I make my own at home, in my opinion.
The price of the crepe was actually reasonable. I should have confirmed with the cashier what extras I could have added to this crepe. I did not asked and he did not tell.
Service was quick and they looked like they knew what they were doing. Next time I will ask for some additional add-ons or verify what I should expect.“

“From beginning to end, our experience was very delightful. Our reservations were for Afternoon Tea, to enjoy birthday a celebration. Arriving the valet was extremely pleasant &accommodating. No rushing us out of the car to attend to someone else. Our waiter, Miguil, was SUCH a pleasure. He explained all of our tea options in full detail. Took pictures for our party. And just all-around had a very refreshing, yet professional attitude. Great day had by all of us... even the guys who doubted that tea could be fun!! Thank you, Sofitel! We will be returning💗“

“1. Ask for Logan. He is AWESOME yet all of the staff are. This is a true French inspired restaurant where you get quality over quantity. This restaurant will make you feel as though you’re eating on the French Riviera. Enjoyed everything toda I also did recommend that they switch the champagne to Prosecco but that’s another story not important. It was absolutely phenomenal. Will be back soo. 5stars outta 5“
