“Waterfall Catering made me look brilliant! I had never heard of them or even been at any function that they catered - I literally picked them off of Google when the caterer I had previously booked, canceled my event. I had two weeks to find a replacement caterer for an upscale hot buffet lunch for a retirement party at our office. The food looked and sounded fantastic on their website, and the prices were extremely reasonable. I am so happy that I called them! Renee was great with communication and addressed all of our needs. Peggy and Crystal were our deliverers and servers. They were delightful! So pleasant, efficient, and helpful. They clearly care about their work. Now, for the food... We ordered filet with a mushroom demi-glaze, chicken marsala, roasted potatoes, grilled vegetable primavera in vodka sauce, broccoli, baby greens salad, Caprese mini skewers, and rolls/butter for 45 people. Everything was so fresh! The hot foods were hot, the cold foods were cold. Everything was packed with flavor and our whole office raved about the meal. Of special note, the filet was cooked to perfection and was so tender you could cut it with a fork! I haven't had a steak that good in a restaurant for years. The roasted potatoes were perfectly seasoned. The primavera in vodka sauce was incredible, and the salad was almost too pretty to eat. I could not be happier with my experience with Waterfall Catering and wholeheartedly recommend them. I will absolutely use them for future events. “I picked this company based on the long-standing reputation that they have established over decades in Beaver County. Living in Michigan was not an obstacle. I was able to coordinate the entire menu, scheduling and delivery over the phone. Working with Dan was an absolute pleasurable experience. He assured me that despite being in another state, he would personally insure that everything would go smooth. Needless to say the entire event was an absolute hit. The food was incredible, as was the service provided to us. All of the good things you have heard about this place is well deserved. “Kelly and staff do a heck of a nice job and work extremely hard to make sure everything is perfect for their guests. They did the catering for our wedding and the food was perfect. We decided to do buffet style to allow our guests to pick whatever they wanted as well as make sure no one left feeling hungry if seconds were wanted. The food was served very hot and on time. All food was perfectly seasoned and tasted very tender and well. Our guests complimented us on the food saying it was nice to have a variety. Kelly and staff also care about food allergies and dietary needs and was great to work with for that as we had a few folks with gluten and vegetarian requests. My wife and I cannot recommend them enough. We are so pleased and will used them again in the future if we ever have another big event, family party, super bowl, whatever-they are wonderful servers, cooks, and organizers when it comes to catering big events and very easy to work with. I must also say their response time was very timely and they returned phone calls and messages extremely quickly.“

Being a marwadi (total vegetarian) who miss home and marwadi dishes (dal baati churma) -- had a really good experience. Dal could have been better but overall loved it.

Mango Lassi and Rasmalai were my most favorites.

“Nick from Hazelnut Catering was hands down one of the biggest reasons our wedding stayed ahead of schedule! We had about 100 guests in attendance and all guests were seated for dinner about 20 minutes after the buffet opened! His staff fed us brides at our sweetheart table, refilled, our drinks, and brought us cake, we didn't have to move a muscle! Our guests raved about the food and how great the bartenders were! Hazelnut works a lot with the PBG which made our night easy, thanks Nick!!“

“We absolutely loved working with FCC for our wedding (at the Edgewood Club)!! Everyone we worked with was kind, patient, helpful, and responsive. We especially enjoyed working with Carrie - she was great to communicate with and worked so hard to help give us the wedding of our dreams. FCC worked flexibly with us to plan the menu that worked best for us and stayed within our budget. We loved our tasting but the food on our wedding day still exceeded our expectations! We got so many compliments and the meat was cooked perfectly, which I know is tough to do when you're cooking for so many people. We also did late-night food, which everyone REALLY enjoyed (I highly recommend!). The staff was also excellent - they brought me food as I was getting ready, delivered the food quickly so we could get to dancing, and were just generally fun to be around!
