Despite the crowds, they manage to keep the food fresh. The food is consistently good, with popular items like the Homewrecker burrito, especially with bacon bits. However, some customers have experienced issues with orders, such as missing queso and utensils. The restaurant could improve by adding more side options and considering a switch to Pepsi. Additionally, providing public Wi-Fi would be a welcome amenity.
