“I was on my way to my daughters softball game and stopped at the PF to grab a quick bite. I didn’t realize they were closed...went inside and the employee gave me a free drink and the rest of the pretzel items for free. She did not have to do that. Nice to know there are some kind and gracious people in this crazy world we live in. Thank you pretzel factory for the reminder!“

“I love the pretzels here like I loooove the pretzels here but every time I come to this mall I can’t seem to get one! Bummer! The one on the lower level closes at 6pm and the one by the main entrance sold out of pretzels and it was only 7pm and refused to make anymore! With 2 more hours left of shopping and the mall being open I’m obviously taking my money elsewhere because I want a snack! And I had my heart set on a pretzel today ?“
