Good customer service
I’ve always loved to buy pretzels at the RPM ever since I was a kid and that name still holds true to me. Pretzels are always so buttery or sugary and it’s perfect to me! I’ve always been greeted kindly by Manny and Shanaya (hopefully I spelled that right!!) at the kiosk down near the food court. Thank you!!
Auntie Anne's is a chain restaurant that sells pretzels in different flavors and also drinks. When I was a customer here, the employees did not greet me. I ordered a regular pretzel. They charged my credit card for the pretzel plus a pretty large tip, which I do not think that they deserved. They did not say thank you. At least my pretzel was warm and tasted good.
