“I like Panera, the food is usually really good. Yesterday 04/04/23, my sister & I ordered the Green Goddess Caprese Melt toasted baguette. My sister had it before & raved about it. Well what we had yesterday was nothing yo rave about, it was so disappointing. The picture on the left is what it should look like. That is what my sister had before. Not this time: We could not see the mozzarella, the lettuce was skimpy at best & the tomatoes were just about non existent. The bread was tasty & as always the soup was delicious!!“

My only complaint is on there special menu of hot food choices they (don't give any prices) and when I questioned ,the young girl in the front she really couldn't give me an any explanation !!!! “Big fan of the Borsch Belt because they have gluten friendly options! Actually, they’re the only place locally where I can get the most delicious gluten free everything bagel breakfast sandwich! They are soft with the most wonderful bread texture and delicious flavor. I usually order 2-3 extra bagels for my freezer at home. Unfortunately, this last time I ordered the bagels were rock hard, solid, and bit stale. Hopefully it was a one time occurrence!!“
