The food and service was good and the restaurant was clean. That's the first time I seen I fast food restaurant that clean. There was a young black girl taking out the trash I wish I have given her a tip for doing a good job. And I drove up from Baltimore“

“Grabbed a bite to bring back to the hotel while visiting family. Food was hot, made right, and ready quickly. Staff was friendly. When I returned home to the west coast I forgot to update the selected restaurant & sent my order to this store by mistake. I called & the young man who answered got the manager (Melissa) immediately & she knew exactly how to fix the issue. She cancelled my order, so I could place a new one at the correct location. Great customer service & they didn’t make me feel silly or act like I was a burden. Huge relief!“

The gyro was hot and I ordered extra gyro sauce. I love that. This Arby's as most others rarely disappoint where the food quality and texture matter. They always get it right for me. “Shoutout to the late-night crew at the Shrewsbury Five Guys! Stopped in around 9 PM on a work trip. The restaurant was clean, the staff was welcoming, and the food came out fast. The cheeseburger with pickles and extra onions hit the spot perfectly, and the small fries were crispy and plentiful. Fantastic stop for a traveler!“

“I don’t come here often, but every time I do, the experience is amazing! The employees are so kind and weren’t just bland people with no emotion. They were all really helpful at making sure we were satisfied with our order. The place is really clean too and well maintained. There is a bathroom at the end of the building, which is also very clean. The pizza was quick at being made and tasted really good. The crust for mostly all the pizza is very thin though, so keep that in mind.“

Camille is the one who took my order, she was very friendly and had a beautiful smile. She kept apologizing since it was her first day. I think she did great. I also noticed it was pretty busy in the drive thru and the manager (had blonde hair) was busting her butt. When she called my name for my order, she had a big smile despite being so busy.“

“I go here 3 or 4 times a week. What's my favorite place to get something for lunch, for work. They're very friendly and when you asked them to change what they normally do they have no problem doing it for you. The only place left where you can ask for extra anything or add something and it doesn't charge you extra money

Vegetarian options: You can order any sub without me and automatically makes a vegetarian or you can have them put it in a salad instead of on a sub.

Dietary restrictions: They can make any sub into a salad for you

Parking: There is about 15 to 20 parking spots but it's a shared location so there are other businesses that use those spots as well“

“Went to grab food yesterday afternoon and their credit card machine wasn’t reading my card at the kiosk, so I asked a cashier for help. Tried two different cards at the cashier and neither went through. They determined it was a problem with their machine, apologized and gave me an amazing discount for the inconvenience. Which, A, they didn’t have to do at all but B, we, especially my 13 y.o. were extremely grateful for 😊 (Taco Bell for dinner was his idea)

“The person at the drive-through window was extremely polite during my visit yesterday evening around 7:00 PM. This level of courtesy is not something we typically experience at a drive-through window, and I truly appreciated it. It made my visit very pleasant, and I left feeling genuinely happy with the service and courtesy.“

“I had to take a minute to share my experience here yesterday. I placed an order online, and I received a notice that my food was ready. I walked inside, and the store was filled with customers. The staff was busy. Even though things were busy, one worker looked around every so often at the room. She looked at me, asked if I was being helped, and I told her I had an online order. She asked my name, and she turned to the row of order slips and said something to another worker. That person immediately walked over to me, handed me cups, and said I could get my drinks and that she was sorry for the wait. It wasn't long after that, a different person announced that there would be a wait for a certain bread, but that they were happy to offer the others that she mentioned. A few people left, but others stepped up to order with the alternative options. No one behind the counter grumbled, and the food kept coming out consistently but slowly. I was very impressed at 1) staff attitude and willingness to make customers aware of what was going on and to make sure everyone had attention given to them; and 2)the food prep never stopped-these folks continued to work as a team to get orders filled. What professionals! I will tell others how customer friendly this store is, even under pressure. Thanks for my lunch on a very hot day!“
