“What a charming little restaurant! I sat at the bar on a work trip for an early dinner, which they actually have a menu for! Prices are reasonable for the city, and 4-6 is happy hour so I came at the right time for great prices and drinks and appetizers. Would definitely recommend! Plus this is walking distance to many nice hotels downtown. Only 5 min walk from the Kimpton Palomar! Would recommend calling ahead to ensure availability.“

“Delicious food, knowledgeable staff, great beer selection. The food comes out so hot and fresh, honestly it is the hottest food I've ever had at a restaurant. Clearly it's not sitting under heat lamps and it's run right away. Tonight I devoured the cheese tortellini, I've had the chicken parmesan 2 times and the Brussel sprouts 2 times. The fish tacos on taco Tuesday were good too (not pictured). It can get loud, but that doesn't deter from the quality of food and service.“

Omg. Insane. The bread. The steak. The cheese. I only took like 4 bites but I think it was my favorite steak n cheese ever. Also just great atmosphere. The dude who runs the bar is on point. “I’ve always loved Brick N Brew Havertown and go often. I was prompted to write a review Because I recently left a pair of expensive sunglasses behind. I called three days later and they still had them, safely stored. I was seriously shocked-hate that it’s the truth but in most situations those bad boys would have been a goner. “While in the area for work, I was looking for a lighter lunch option and stopped in and had the chicken salad wrap which was perfect. The pickle spear and side of chips was a classic touch. They’re known for their hand carved roast beef and it’s definitely on my radar for my next visit. Server was attentive and the atmosphere was great.“

The food was absolutely top-notch—the chicken wings were excellent, the shrimp appetizer was superb, and the shrimp gyro was awesome, served with plenty of fries. The Paper Plane cocktail was a standout and truly superb. The only downside was the restrooms, which could use some improvement. Aside from that, it was a fantastic spot with great food, drinks, and ambiance. Definitely a place worth visiting!“

“We stumbled into this wonderful place cold, hungry and exhausted. The wonderful lady at the door, who turns out to be the owner, welcomed us with open arms and began to search for a table. We had to wait a few minutes so she got us 2 stools to sit on while we ordered our beer. Minutes later our table was ready! We ordered the Guinness Casserole and left nothing on that plate! She came over to check on us and saw that we had no soda bread and got us a plate full. We boxed a few pieces to take back with us to enjoy at breakfast. As we left we thanked her and I told her that everything was FANTASTIC and showed her the bread we were going to take home! She then took the box and filled it for us so we had enough for long drive home! I will come back anytime I'm in Philly. I have told all my friends and family to come here. It is a wonderful place. Live Irish music and extraordinary service. Thank you for your warm hospitality and delicious food and cold beer!“

There are a good number of drafts that rotate fairly frequently, alongside some fun cocktail choices. The food menu isn't big, but have a good number of appetizers and sandwich options and they were all satisfactory during my multiple visits. Staff are friendly and helpful and are usually attentive of everything.“

WAY TO GO GOOGLE!! We shared 2 incredibly yummy & imaginative sandwiches (a phenomenal crabcake & a grilled goat cheese). Both were accompanied by delicious sides (fresh Caesar salad and fantastic fries). Sam was our server extraordinaire. Highly recommended that PHANTASTIC PHILLY PHIND!! We will be back❣️“
