If you're into fancy plates and high prices maybe Pittsburgh is more for you. The prices was very reasonable and the waitress was friendly. The wait may have been a little long, but life's to short for me to always be in a hurry anywhere. I get my belly filled on a full plate at a basic place, then I ever will a rich style where I'm paying for fancy. Will definitely be back.“

Alex, Jodi and a group of workers immediately took over helping me walk 3 steps while others picked up my scooter and carried it!! It still warms my heart. “I love this place! Good food and I occasionally get a drink with my late Sunday breakfast. They had mimosas for Mother’s Day but I didn’t indulge. Their pancakes are really good and huge. I will occasionally get the big breakfast so I can share a pancake with my husband and daughter. It’s delicious!“

She talks about others non stop and shouldn't be in the public. The owner could care less. He allows this to go on. Makes for a very uncomfortable setting. Lisa is by far the fastest friendliest waitress in Ohio. There is another waitress there that is amazing I do not remember her name but her husband cooks there. Have never had bad food but the owner needs to get Jen under control or out of there before he loses employees and customers.“

“I'm currently here right now. Not only was the wait really long but everything came out cold. My wings felt like they had been pulled out of the fridge. The fries were cold, the cheese sticks were cold. My wife's food was also cold. I eat here a couple times a week normally during the daytime and eat at the bar and the service is always amazing along with the food. I'll never eat here again after this. Just a total waste of time and money. It's sad too because normally the food is good but it was absolutely disgusting. I mean who likes eating cold wings? I also couldn't even get a refill. “Nice little Christian Cafe. When I say that, this place will certainly be a comfortable spot for you even if you do not believe. There are Bibles and books and Christian material around in the peripheral. Not on the tables and there's nobody trying to convert you in there. It is a very comfy spot, well decorated and just Pleasant. The music has been neutral Jazz both times that I have been. Had me a proper fancy coffee and listen to some Miles Davis and John Coltrane. The profits of this Cafe benefit a local youth outreach as does the sandwich shop and the thrift store on either side. Highly recommended!“

“So I had a huge, and a pretty difficult order I’d say. I walked in after not a long wait at all. With almost a full bar. The bartender notice me immediately. She greeted me with kindness, and so i left a decent tip. Little had i known the food I ordered would've been probably the best steak and chicken salad Ive ever had. The portions were very generous. The meat was tender. Everything was perfect! If I wasn't glued to my couch now. I'd go give more to add to their tip. Exceptional service, and very professional. “Traci was a fantastic server. We never had empty drinks and she checked back just often enough that we didn't feel like she was interrupting our meal but enough that we felt very well taken care of.
The manager, Chris (Breezy), did have to correct our check due to some overlapping specials that got all of us confused. Long story short, they have all their burgers on special on Tuesday (the day we were there) and just a couple for a meal deal special. I ordered the meal special but my husband and MIL ordered one of the burgers from the Tuesday special, and the computer entered it all wrong. It took a hot minute to figure out and Chris was so awesome about it. He said he was glad I pointed it out to him so they knew they were going to have to fix that issue for the rest of the day. He took off a little more than we would have saved with the specials, and was just super nice about everything.

“UPDATE: I just want to update my below review. The management at this location reached out to me within 24 hours of leaving this and refunded my order. Not only that, but Michael was sincerely interested in specific feedback about the pizza and finding ways they can improve going forward. Customer service like this is why I will continue to go back to Primanti’s even after a bad experience. Kudos to Michael and to Primanti’s for taking ownership of a mistake and striving to be better next time. You don’t see a lot of that anymore. Thank you!

The pizza at this location is awful. I’ve had Primanti’s pizza at multiple other locations around Pittsburgh and have always thought their pizza is great. I’m not sure how true this is, but I’ve heard that not all locations have a pizza oven. I’m not sure what they’re doing at this location with the pizza, but it was inedible. The cheese was waxy, hard, and extremely greasy and burnt. The sauce was dried up and tasted awful.

We got the family meal deal tonight and had to throw the entire pizza out. My kids hated it. My wife and I both tried it and it was absolutely terrible. The sandwiches, tenders, and giant Bavarian pretzel we got were great tho. The pizza is my only complaint. Something needs to be done to improve it at this specific location. It’s really bad.“
