“Not my favorite location but it's generally clean and the parking lot is ample. There is a lot of volume done at this spot and the team working is generally very good at churning out orders quickly. Sometimes my drinks are inconsistent or take a while to make but that's just how it goes. There's always older folks gathering here in the back or at the outside seating areas.“

“I visited Duck Donuts for the first time last week. When we got there, there was a line, but it moved quickly. Staff members were extremely friendly and I saw them all working well together. Our Donuts were very warm, fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back again!“

“This is definitely the best Duncan location anywhere in Lackawanna in Susquehanna county. Every time I visit the drinks are made perfect. The food is cooked great. The people are respectful and they move you through the line very quickly as quickly as possible. Anyway, I go to dunkin' donuts all the time every day and never get the type of service anywhere else I get at this location. I highly recommend that you go out of your way to go here if you have to.
