“Not my favorite location but it's generally clean and the parking lot is ample. There is a lot of volume done at this spot and the team working is generally very good at churning out orders quickly. Sometimes my drinks are inconsistent or take a while to make but that's just how it goes. There's always older folks gathering here in the back or at the outside seating areas.“

“It was great experience. My son and I were greeted as soon we came to the counter and offer a free hot glazed donut. The woman that helped us very friendly and help. Because of her I bought 2 dozen instead of the six donuts. I was going to buy.“

They also accept Apple Pay, which made checkout seamless. No fumbling for cards or cash—just tapped and done.

“Kudos to Robert for going over and beyond to help me today with a situation that didn’t even happen in his location, but when I called him, he took such a genuine care and concern for what I had went through that I had no other choice, but to give him a compliment if I could do something even bigger than this, I would love to But I also have a son who is in the customer service food industry, and I would love nothing more than for him to treat a customer the way Robert treated me tonight. What’s going on at the Mulberry location is disgusting and criminal and when I couldn’t get anywhere dealing with their management, who I guess was Courtney at least she said that was her name. She was as unprofessional as it gets when I asked for the number for her manager and the name. She told me that I couldn’t have that information , and when I contacted Robert, he had no hesitation with making sure that I got the numbers I needed in order to contact the upper management to let them know about the criminal disgusting acts that are being done at that location“

“This is definitely the best Duncan location anywhere in Lackawanna in Susquehanna county. Every time I visit the drinks are made perfect. The food is cooked great. The people are respectful and they move you through the line very quickly as quickly as possible. Anyway, I go to dunkin' donuts all the time every day and never get the type of service anywhere else I get at this location. I highly recommend that you go out of your way to go here if you have to. It won't be a mistake.“
