“Not my favorite location but it's generally clean and the parking lot is ample. There is a lot of volume done at this spot and the team working is generally very good at churning out orders quickly. Sometimes my drinks are inconsistent or take a while to make but that's just how it goes. There's always older folks gathering here in the back or at the outside seating areas.“

A really friendly and kind staff (who was with a trainee), I can’t remember her name, gave us a free glazed doughnut each because of the holiday season! “I visited Duck Donuts for the first time last week. When we got there, there was a line, but it moved quickly. Staff members were extremely friendly and I saw them all working well together. Our Donuts were very warm, fresh and delicious. Will definitely be back again!“

“Donuts were excellent, as expected. I got an iced mocha to go with the priginal glazed donuts. I didn't expect it to be as good as coffee places and it wasn't. It was just ok and not worth the close to $7 I paid for a medium. BUT, as I mentioned, Krispy Kreme donuts, especially the original glazed are amazing!!!“

“This is definitely the best Duncan location anywhere in Lackawanna in Susquehanna county. Every time I visit the drinks are made perfect. The food is cooked great. The people are respectful and they move you through the line very quickly as quickly as possible. Anyway, I go to dunkin' donuts all the time every day and never get the type of service anywhere else I get at this location. I highly recommend that you go out of your way to go here if you have to. It won't be a mistake.“

“For the most part, my experience with this DD is awesome. Except for my visit when the older woman staff with long dark hair handed me a stone cold cup of coffee when I asked her for a XL hot. There should be no reason why someone hands someone cold coffee. I had another staff remake it. It's insulting when you work hard, and just want a nice cup of coffee but a staff member doesn't care enough to make sure that the coffee was actually hot.“
