The Dickson City, PA crew members have consistently been rude for years. Today, I watched a completed order sit for over two minutes while three employees walked by without acknowledging it. When I politely asked if it was ready, I was met with a rude, dismissive response: “When it’s done, we’ll move it to the pickup station.” I pointed out that it had been sitting there completed for some time, and was met with more attitude.
