“Gave a 24 hr notice for 25 people. We arrived and the seating was reserved and marked easily to find. Service was quick. Food orders were prepared as per request. Food was delicious. Would highly recommend visiting here for a delicious lunch or dinner. Family friendly. Off street parking. Plenty of seating! Accommodations for couples and large groups as well as a banquet area. 5*****“

“Our first trip to this friendly coffee house and we will be back! Friendly counter staff, delicious handmade sandwiches, and don't even get me started on the perfectly made coffees! I had the Cinnamon Bun latte and my husband the Chocolate Raspberry truffle mocha...holy moly! ♥️“

“We were traveling from PA back home to VA, and we love Carrabba’s but they closed the one near us in Richmond/Short Pump, VA We have never had service at this level before. Our server Billy (William) was beyond exceptional! We were having a bad night and he read his table we’ll and exceeded expectations. He absolutely made our night. “Decided to stop at outback before we went to a movie last night. Got there an hour and a half before our movie time. We did get on the list ahead of time so we only had to wait 10 minutes before being seated. Once seated our order was taken about 10 minutes later which should have left plenty of time to eat. After 25 minutes our soup and salad came. After 45 minutes of waiting after ordering we asked how much longer it was going to be and she told us we were 4th in line. We informed the server that we needed to leave and that we needed our food to go and we would reheat the food after we got home. She sent the manager over and her solution was to offer a free bloomin onion or app on our next visit. Nothing comped. $106 plus tip for reheated food and soggy sides. I had ordered the ribeye and grilled shrimp which I ordered medium. Upon getting home and opening my food, they forgot to give me my shrimp and my steak was cooked rare. Like had been cooked 1 minute each side. They basically slapped our order together once we said we were leaving and sent us home with garbage.“

“I went there on weds 5/22/2024 Jeb was training I can't remember her name...sorry..First time I ate there for aleast 5 years...place looks awesome...love black n white... outside on deck n it was awesome. took my friend z,'s n he loved it.. food was so good...I had crabcakes made perfect...chili' was so good...pretzels were spot on..he got steak.. the waiter n waitress were so friendly n went out of there way for us... I can't wait to go back....“

“I ordered a couple of pizzas today via DoorDash to feed my team. The quality of the pizzas and the flavor was top notch. My only issue was the “large” pizza is tiny. Which normally I would be ok but trying to feed a group at work with those tiny pizzas was a bit rough.“

“The selection of cupcakes here are outstanding. They have your standard fare but they also have some unique flavors on a weekly basis to try. The brownies are so chocolately and flavorful. My old boss loves the strawberry desserts made as well. My son’s favorite is the death by chocolate cupcake. The customer service is superb and second to none. Thank you for being a part of the farmers market and I look forward to this weekly visit to pick up treats for the family.“
